Return of The Big Show

It's been reported in recent weeks that Paul "The Big Show" Wight has signed a contract to return to the WWE. The larger than life giant will definitely be a welcome addition for fans and the often injury-plagued WWE roster. According to Phillyburbs.com, Show left the company in 2006 due to chronic back pain and burnout. They claim he was ecstatic working on the ECW brand to help rebuild while many wrestlers are not. Phillyburbs also suggests that Show's ECW title match versus Flair in 2006 is one of the best recent ECW matches.

It's unknown which brand Show will return to or what his role will be this time around. He may return to ECW as the ex-champ or to Smackdown to feud with Batista. He'll most likely end up in a match at Wrestlemania 24 and this gives plenty of time to build up that feud. Many have speculated he will face The Great Khali, which makes sense since these will be the two tallest forces in the ring. Others have rumored that Hulk Hogan will face Khali, as was possibly hinted on the Raw 15th anniversary show. Phillyburbs even suggests we might see Hulk Hogan vs. Big Show at Wrestlemania.
