The Miz #1 in Google Searches

google trends hot searches the miz

On Monday Night Raw, former ECW star Mike "The Miz" Mizanin made his debut on the show after being drafted to Raw in the WWE 2009 draft. Miz boldly came to the ring and began talking up his accomplishments telling people "Google me", before he made an even cockier challenge, calling out former World Heavyweight Champ, John Cena. Cena was unable to show up due to injuries sustained last night, and Miz pretended he won an unscheduled match due to Cena's forfeit. Miz has another thing coming it seems as he'll most likely be a tune-up for Cena en route to his feud matchup against Big Show.

But when Miz said "Google me", the WWE fans listened, as The Miz was #1 on Google Trends Hot searches which measures the top trends for Google searches over the span of several hours. "The Miz" search currently has approximately 1,420,000 results in Google, with his Wikipedia entry at the #1 spot. As of midnight 12 PM EST, also on the Google trends hot searches list at #46 were "Mike Mizanin" and at #85 "the miz ecw". So maybe Dolph Ziggler needs to stop introducing himself to the fans and wrestlers and just start saying "Dolph Ziggler, Google me".

Hilarious. The Miz was undoubtedly the highlight of tonight's Raw, outperforming everyone (including Randy Orton) on the mic. Along with Cena and Edge's promos last week, this was one of the best verbal performances in recent memory.
