5 Who Would Help WWE
It's well known the WWE has been facing many problems lately. It started as the injury bug continued to take out wrestler after wrestler (Edge, Kennedy, Undertaker, HBK, Lashley, etc). Then the unspeakable Chris Benoit tragedy occurred and cast a dark cloud over professional wrestling as a whole. Then came the news that Congress was challenging WWE's Wellness Program, followed by WWE suspending 11 wrestlers within 2 days. With all this going on, WWE has had to work extra hard to keep stories going and fans interested.
Bringing back some big name wrestlers can always help to renew and regenerate interest.
Here's 5 big names who would definitely help by coming back to WWE. Some have a more realistic chance of returning than others. Here's the cases for and against each of their returns.
Why he won't return: Even a love for a sport can't overtake doctor's orders. HBK's injury resume or concussions might give him enough reason to consider not returning to the ring. Perhaps he could still take a role as a commentator or manager type, but he would play it smart in that he doesn't want to suffer any serious long-term damage.
Why he won't return: Rock is a Hollywood movie star now making the big bucks. With that sort of career going on, he doesn't need the WWE and can make brief appearances on the Titantron here or there if he has a movie to promote. Also, its probably in one of his movie contracts somewhere that he wouldn't want to get injured while in the ring.
Why he won't return: Possibly Jericho reconsiders with all the recent troubles WWE is going through and what it is facing that he'd rather not be a part of the constant media scrutiny and controversies.
Why he won't return: Brock is rumored to be in talks with WWE, TNA and other wrestling organizations. With the recent problems WWE has, possibly TNA would be able to lure him to their roster.
Why he won't return: There seems to be a newfound hatred between Vince and Hulk lately. This is seen just by the whole Jillian Hall "mock Brook Hogan" singing gimmick. Also, Hulk said he is trying to launch his own wrestling biz and therefore he'd want to put his all into that.
So who would you most like to see return to the WWE ring of these names? There is a poll on the right-hand side towards the bottom of this blog which also includes Sid Vicious' and Stone Cold's names. Register your vote to see who the fans most want back wrestling again.

Why he will return: It's tough to make any case for the Rock's return here other than his love of the wrestling business that launched his superstar career. If he were to grow bored of starring in various movies, he may decide the WWE is his home again. His return would be great but is as unlikely as Hogan's on this list. Why he won't return: Rock is a Hollywood movie star now making the big bucks.
