Hayes Suspended & JBL Retorts


In a recent development, WWE's lead writer Michael Hayes has been reported as suspended for 60 days. Hayes, the former member of the Fabulous Freebirds tag team was reportedly part of an incident at Wrestlemania this weekend. According to several sources such as ProWrestling.net, Rajah.com and pwinsider.com, Hayes was at a party either Friday or Saturday night before Wrestlemania and drinking heavily. Hayes reportedly made a comment to WWE Superstar Mark Henry that "I'm more of a (n-word) than you are". Mark Henry took offense to the comment and lodged a complaint against Hayes with WWE. Several websites reported that WWE tried to keep Hayes suspension quiet.

WWE Superstar JBL has also become involved in a war of words with MSNBC's Keith Olbermann. Olbermann decided to name JBL as his "worst person of the week" calling out the wrestler/businesman/entrepenuer. The beef erupted when Obermann had a doctor on his show to say that JBL's new energy drink Mamajuana Energy doesn't work like its supposed to. JBL decided to post a response on his blog throught WWE.com which criticizes Olbermann for being on a show that's much less watched than WWE or JBL's Fox Business program.
