The show opened with Byron Saxton interviewing superstar Daniel Bryan ahead of his first match since returning to WWE after surgery and injury rehab.
Daniel Bryan defeated Kane due to disqualification. During the match, Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury interfered to cause the DQ, then Big Show and Seth Rollins showed up. Bryan managed to escape. Roman Reigns showed up to stand alongside Bryan. Triple H announced a six-man tag match for the main event with Show, Rollins and Kane vs. Bryan, Ambrose and Reigns.
Damien Mizdow, The Miz & Alicia Fox defeated The Usos & Naomi. Naomi and Alicia got into a brawl on the outside towards the end of the match. Mizdow got hit by a Superkick, but Miz was the legal man and hit a Skull Crushing Finale for the win.
Paul Heyman delivered a promo but Seth Rollins interrupted.
Natalya defeated Nikki Bella in a non-title match. Brie and Paige were fighting towards the end of the match. Natalya was able to take advantage and put on the Sharpshooter to make Nikki tap out.
Bad News Barrett defeated Sin Cara to retain the WWE Intercontinental Title. Barrett avoided a late Swanton attempt in the match. Later, Sin Cara attempted a springboard move but Barrett hit a Bullhammer Elbow to get the victory.
Daniel Bryan, Dean Ambrose & Roman Reigns defeated Seth Rollins, Big Show and Kane via pinfall. Kane hit a chokeslam late in the match, but Reigns came in to break up the pin. He took out Show to the outside and Ambrose cleared Rollins out of the ring. Kane tried for a Tombstone on Bryan, but he slipped out and hit a running knee to get the win for his team. Post-match, Triple H came out to congratulate Daniel Bryan on getting the win. He told him the celebration will be short-lived though because Bryan will have a rematch against Kane next week. He said Bryan’s spot in the Royal Rumble is on the line in that match.
