Elimination Chamber 2011 Online Video Feed & Viewing Info

With the upcoming WWE Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View on February 20, 2011, fans will once again be able to enjoy the event on their television or watch it online with their computers. The WWE will be offering a 2011 Elimination Chamber live streaming video feed for the same price as the PPV costs on cable or satellite.

The latest WWE Pay-Per-View event takes place in Oakland, California on Sunday, February 20th, 2011, starting at 8PM EST / 5PM PST. Not only can it be watched on television at home, but there are also special "Blast Areas" in many states which include restaurants like Hooters, Kers Winghouse and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Wrestling fans can also watch the Chamber PPV online. The live video feed service requires registration before it can be used. After entering the required details and verifying the account by email, fans can purchase the Pay-Per-View in advance of Sunday night's live show. Links to view the event will be presented right before the Elimination Chamber airs at 8PM EST. These links will offer different qualities of video feed based on the speed of the internet service.

Matches on Sunday night will include the two Elimination Chamber matches (one for Raw and one for Smackdown), as well as Jerry "The King" Lawler battling The Miz for the WWE Championship. These matches will set the stage for the biggest Pay-Per-View of them all, Wrestlemania 27, to be held in April in Atlanta, Georgia.

MVP's Rise to Wrestling Fame

TVNZ of New Zealand has the rags to riches story of Smackdown superstar, MVP. MVP's past included his time as a gang member, time in prison, and then cleaning up his act by becoming a professional wrestler. According to the story, pro wrestling really turned MVP around for the better as he now plays the cocky, trash-talking character, Montel Vontavius Porter (MVP) on Smackdown.

From OneSport at TVNZ.com:

MVP, real name Alvin Burke, lived a troubled teenage life and began getting in tangles with the law as a gang member.

Then at the age of just sixteen MVP was sentenced to 18 and a half years in prison for armed robbery and kidnapping.

After serving nine and a half years of his sentence he was released, and that's when his life changed for the better.

Wrestling became his passion and instead of going back to his former life of crime MVP trained to become professional.

The site goes on to discuss MVP's start with pro wrestling and his transition to the star he is today. There's also an audio interview with MVP available on the TVNZ site.

Additional info from lordsofpain.net:

"In an interview on "On the Record" with Greta Van Susteren, WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt said two more Superstars are to be interviewed concerning information received from the Albany district attorney's office.

Based on those interviews, the two wrestlers could be added to the list of suspended wrestlers. McDevitt said WWE independently confirmed all information it received from the DA before suspending the ten wrestlers on Thursday.

According to McDevitt, the ten suspensions are without pay and will last for either thirty or sixty days (depending on whether it was a first or second offense)."
