Ric Flair Quits WWE

According to a recent report, one of the biggest legends in professional wrestling has left the WWE.

From Chicago Sun-Times:

"Last week, the most prolific world champion in wrestling history, ''Nature Boy'' Ric Flair, walked out on the WWE and reportedly has quit. According to sources, Flair has become increasingly disgusted over the direction of the WWE and the way that he has been used. He decided enough is enough. WWE officials have been unable to get Flair to change his mind. The problem is that the Flair decision was made last week just before an announcement about 10 still unnamed WWE superstars being suspended for using steroids. Losing Flair is another big name off a roster that is getting incredibly weak."

Previous rumors had mentioned Flair would be retiring very soon, but this is yet another move that hits the WWE hard with all the recent suspensions and injuries plaguing them.

That sucks, but atleast he's realizing that he's being used wrongly. && even if he was retiring it would still be a shockingly sucky announcement, but this way he goes out with dignity.

It is unfortunate that Ric quit, but I don't blame him as the show is going nowhere fast with all their crazy storylines. Get back to the wrestling that is what the WWE is all about. Let's have more matches that have got a bit of gusto. More blood and guts. More I quit matches, hardcore matches, street fights, hell in the cell. Let's see the Extreme. ECW is more like Easy Crap Wrestling. Less talk, more action.
