Things are Looking Up
Next week's episode of Raw is appropriately titled "Here Comes the Son" and will be in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Now that Mr. Kennedy has seemingly been written out of the storyline, new theories and ideas can form about who the son of Vince McMahon will be revealed as. At the end of Raw this past Monday, a lawyer appeared on behalf of the woman suing Vince and gave one clue about the son's identity: "things are looking up".
The clue may reference someone tall, perhaps Great Khali, Snitsky, Big Daddy V, Kane or even Undertaker. It could also be someone who wasn't even standing around the ring when Stephanie said it was. The WWE really doesn't ever have to stay true to its word or script especially in a story.
Some rumored wrestlers to be returning who are tall: Sid Vicious and Brock Lesnar. Either one could make a surprise appearance Monday night. There is also the recent 6'6" Irishman who signed with WWE, Sheamus O'Shaunessy. Possibly the WWE sticks one of these guys into the script to begin playing out the story. They are guys Vince would be "lookin up to".
And then it could go a few other ways. "Looking up" could indicate it's a smaller wrestler such as Hornswaggle, like a fan suggested. It could also mean someone who's enjoying or about to enjoy success such as Randy Orton or John Cena. Or it could be a high-flyer such as either of the Hardy's or Super Crazy. It could go many ways, with Mr. Kennedy still involved in the story somehow.
We'll finally have the answer next week and hopefully a new surprise to look forward to. I challenge fans to stay away from spoilers on this story if they surface and be genuinely surprised come Monday night when we all meet the new McMahon.

I Will Be Mad If It Is One Of The Hardyz
I was thinking it could be Stone Cold since he likes to throw up the middle finger, or Dude Love because Dude is always giving the thumbs up and he gets all the ladies like Vince.
I was also thinking the return of the Big Show, even though he said he was done with wrestling, maybe he decided to come back short term.
My guess is Sabu.
My friend and I have been thinking what if it could be Shawn Michaels?! For everytime he enters the stage he points to the sky and prays aka things are looking up! That would be so great if he could make his return!!!
I think Hornswoggle. Isn't he sometimes referred to as "the little bastard." I know that it might be 100% unconnected, but still. I've been thinking about it all day and I think that it could be.
Those are all great guesses..It'd be great to see someone new show up too, who nobody expected..or even a Sid Vicious or Brock Lesnar to return as Vince's son..it will definitely be interesting on Monday!
Another thought that struck me was Mr. Kennedy's microphone is "up above the ring" and comes down to him when he does his pre-match intro. Possibly Mr. Kennedy has a different name on the birth certificate, but that may be a stretch..
My first thought was the great kahli due to his size, but another thought that crooseed my mind was sting didnt he used to drop the ceiling I know hes now tna but correct me if im wrong hasnt he fought on wwf ealier in his carrer? But even if not they do tend to change lables, compans etc randomly, also love the hornswagle guess with two good points about looking up and little bastard.
Sorry to jump in again but my 9 yr old son just hit me with an interesting thought, could it be someone who has passed away, hence the looking up and could explain being at ringside as in spirit, pretty outthere , but thought pretty good :Thinking outside the ring" excuse the pun, pretty interesting idea from a 9yr old though dont you think?
Me and my boyfriend have been following this story with lots of interest and have had lots of different ideas. we dont think 'things are looking up' means someone tall. we think it could mean someone who is a rising star such as Kenny or The Miz or Shannon Moore. we really dont think its triple h due to his marriage to stephanie and thier new baby daughter.
my guess is HHH by the way he is acting he seems like he knows who it is and it would be funny or it could be the Rock
HHH could be interesting, in an "I just kissed my sister" kind of way. But since his relationship with Stephanie has already been acknowledged in storyline, he already is part of the family.
And while I don't want to discourage your nine year old son, after Vince's botched death storyline I seriously doubt that WWE wants anything to do with a storyline involvling the death of a wrestler.
I agree that WWE probably would not resort to having Vince's son be a deceased wrestler, but the thought crossed my mind too.
HHH was leading the vote on WWE.com as of this weekend. I'm hoping its not Triple H and someone least expected.
