Details of Jeff Hardy Incident

This past Wednesday WWE Superstar Jeff Hardy was removed from a flight at Nashville International Airport heading to North Carolina, and escorted away by officers. Here's more info regarding this latest altercation with Hardy and the police.

From Wrestleview.com:

According to a report by The Tennessean, the reason Jeff Hardy was not granted access to a flight heading to North Carolina on Wednesday was due to the fact that Southwest employees stated he appeared to be intoxicated at Nashville International Airport's Southwest gate. Hardy was told he couldn't board the flight, but was not arrested and offered a later flight. Southwest spokesman Chris Mainz added, "He was very cooperative and there was no altercation. There was no need to get police."

Again, this is an unfortunate incident for Hardy who already has had troubled times during his recent WWE history. This latest tarnishing of his reputation may keep the WWE title away from him, yet again. The last thing WWE wants to do is promote Hardy as its champ with the huge Smackdown debut on MyNetworkTV coming October 3rd. It's easy to see a possible Vladimir Kozlov story where he destroys Hardy now, taking him out of the WWE title picture, but let's hope that's not the case.

WWE has stated it's still investigating the matter, so there hasn't been any reprecussions announced. The question becomes how many chances will WWE give Jeff Hardy with these various incidents, until it decides enough is enough? Hopefully Hardy pulls himself together and gets on track, because his WWE career is treading on thinner ice each day.
