Swagger picked up the mic asking Christian where his one liners and wise cracks were, and asked if he had nothing to say. Swagger put the mic down and signed off on it next. Tiffany looked over the contract and nodded, then Swagger started to insult Christian and brag about his success now. Swagger said he's at the top now and achieved success while Christian was out of WWE. As Swagger, stood up to leave, Christian finally picked up the mic. Christian said he could make fun of Swagger's suit, haircut and speech impediment but it doesn't mean anything to do all that. Christian said this time Swagger can focus on running his mouth and being "bigger, better and stronger". Christian said he'll focus on this Sunday and Backlash, and making him an ex-ECW Champion. Tiffany thanked both men and left the ring. Swagger showed his ECW belt to Christian, then threw it right at him. Christian got up off the mat, and went at Swagger, with Swagger able to get the upperhand. Swagger delivered a Powerbomb on Christian through the table they signed the contract on. ECW ended with Swagger holding up his title smiling.
