The Rock: ESPY's & Movies
Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson will be among the celebrity and sports presenters for this year's "ESPY Awards" on ESPN. Other presenters include actor Samuel L Jackson, Superbowl winning quarterback, Peyton Manning, and comedian, Dane Cook. The show will air July 15th at 9 PM EST and is hosted by Comedian/Talk Show Host, Jimmy Kimmel and Cleveland Cavs NBA Star, Lebron James.
The Rock also has four movies on the way.
"Game Plan" is a Disney film which is set to open September 28, 2007. (Official site here)
"Southland Tales" is a sci-fi thriller movie set to open in March 2008 (Official Site).
"Get Smart" is a film based on the classic TV series, set to open on 2008. (Official Site not available)
"Spyhunter" is a film based on the classic Spyhunter video game and should open in 2009. (Official Site)
Rock also has a small cameo appearance in the recently released to DVD , "Reno 911", so check that out if you get the chance.
