The fallout from Summerslam will definitely be the focus of this week's Smackdown!
At Summerslam, the return of Rey Mysterio was one of the main highlights. Mysterio returned all decked out in silver, and defeated his nemesis Chavo Guerrero for his comeback. Guerrero had put Mysterio out for several months with a serious leg injury from an "I Quit" match. Will Mysterio and Chavo continue their feud on Smackdown? Or does Mysterio have new plans in store now that he's back?
Also at Summerslam, Batista challenged Great Khali for this World Heavyweight Title. Batista had the title nearly won during a hard fought match with the enormous champ. However, Khali's manager tossed a chair into the ring causing a DQ on Khali. What will Batista's reaction be on Smackdown?
The main event should definitely be one of interest. Matt Hardy and MVP are scheduled to be tag team partners as they take on Deuce & Domino. Will Hardy and MVP even be able to co-exist as partners in this match? Or will their feud cause one or the other to backstab his partner?
We should find out the answers to all these questions on Smackdown. Smackdown airs Friday night at 8PM EST on the CW network.
