Raw Results from Miami, FL:

Raw opened with a video recounting the tragic events of September 11, 2001 as George W. Bush delivered a speech to rally the country against terrorists. On September 13, 2001 a special edition of Smackdown celebrated the "spirit of America" in Houston, Texas. Vince McMahon, The Rock, Stone Cold, Big Show and Lilian Garcia were all shown.

The live show from Miami kicked off with Justin Roberts introducing former Raw ring announcer, Lilian Garcia, to sing the National Anthem. After she finished, Lilian got the crowd to start up a big U-S-A chant before the Raw entrance video was shown.

Josh Matthews welcomed fans to the biggest party in the history of the show to celebrate patriotism and The Rock's birthday. Tonight, John Cena will defend the WWE Championship against The Miz in a big rematch from Extreme Rules.

After a pause, The Rock's theme music hits. Coming out to start off the show, The Rock! Rock posed up on the stage for a bit before coming to the ring for more posing for the crowd.

After The Rock chants and cheers died down enough, Rocky started his "Finally, The Rock has come back -." Fans finished it with "to Miami" but Rock paused, then said "home!" Rock said before he gets started he has one thing to say, "we got him." Rock praised the military, his family, SEAL Team Six and America. Next, The Rock lead the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance. Another U-S-A chant started up.

Rock went on a trip down memory lane, showing his high school picture, talking about University of Miami football and the Orange Bowl. Rock got ready to finish off with his "If you smell-" but was interrupted by the email sound effects and flashing lights. Cole got up laughing, asking for everyone's attention. He said he has an email from the Raw GM on his iPad.

Rock stopped Cole, saying if he wants to read the email, he needs to get into the ring and do it to Rock's face. Cole declined, so Rock said Cole can't be scared after his big win last night. Rock told Cole he could be a man and get in the ring, or stay in his little glass box. Cole laughed it off, saying he associates with winners. He took off his dress shirt to reveal a Boston Celtics jersey, drawing boos from the Miami crowd.

Cole finally got out of his box and went in the ring with The Rock. Cole said the Raw GM demanded an apology tonight because of how Rock embarrassed Raw GM at Wrestlemania. If not, the Raw GM will shut down the birthday party. Cole told Rock he wants an apology too for all the humiliation and embarrassment Rock put him through over the years.

Rock admitted to doing those things, and put his hands out saying "I'm sorry." Cole looked at him weird, but didn't shake at first. Finally he accepted the handshake and thanked Rock for apologizing. Rock held Cole's hand firm and said "Michael Cole, thank you and Go Heat B---h!" before hitting Rock Bottom followed by People's Elbow.

Rock's music hit, but he interrupted telling the fans to welcome out Mr. 305, Pitbull. Pitbull thanked Rock, wished him Happy Birthday, then started into a song to get the crowd energized. He started into another song, with the Miami Heat dancers coming out onto the stage to dance for it.

Miami Heat NBA stars Lebron James and Dwyane Wade wished The Rock a Happy Birthday in a segment before commercial break.

They showed highlights from last week's rant on stage by R-Truth about how he spent too long trying to please the fans. Truth got attacked from behind after that segment by John Morrison as payback from a week ago.

John Morrison vs. R-Truth

Morrison was introduced first but got attacked from behind by Truth on the ramp. Truth kept beating him up, tossing Morrison into the crowd barrier. He hit his finisher on Truth outside the ring to drive Morrison hard to the floor. The match never officially started as referees arrived to send Truth backstage. He did so, but as the refs were helping Morrison up the ramp, Truth rushed back out and hit his finisher again on JMo.

Winner: No contest as match never officially started.

Jimmy Kimmel wished The Rock a Happy Birthday. He said he's a candy ass, then pulled a bag of candy out from his back pocket, saying "see, that's what I'm cookin!"

Kelly Kelly vs. Maryse

Kelly was making her Raw debut after recently being drafted last week to the show. Maryse slapped Kelly upside the head to start things. Kelly kicked her in the gut and then hit a bulldog, before smashing Maryse to the mat repeatedly. Her attack was shortlived though.

Kharma's theme music hit and out came the former Knockout who decimated Michelle McCool last night. Kelly was horrified in the ring as Kharma arrived. Kharma eyed both divas in the ring, then went over and grabbed Maryse to hit the Implant Buster on her. Kelly was in the corner looking terrified as Kharma looked over at her. Kharma smirked, then left the ring with Kelly unharmed.

Winner: Kelly Kelly wins due to disqualification due to Kharma's interference.

Backstage, The Miz was seated in the locker room. Alex Riley walked in to give a pep talk. Miz yelled at Riley for being late and not being ringside for last night's steel cage match when he lost the championship. Riley said he was drafted to Smackdown. Miz said Riley is under a personal contract to him. He told him to stop making excuses and start doing what he says, starting tonight during his match with Cena. Miz said nobody will be talking about Rock's birthday after tonight, but they'll talk about his as new WWE champion.

They had a Happy Birthday message for The Rock from his "Fast Five" co-star, Paul Walker which made jokes towards John Cena calling him "Fruity Pebbles."

Samuel L. Jackson delivered a Happy Birthday message for Rock. Jackson said he'd run through a lion's den with stank drawers on for him.

Back to Raw, The Rock was backstage with the various WWE Divas - Gail, Eve, Tamina, Rosa Mendes, Kaitlyn, Natalya. Rock told them how he sang Happy Birthday to Mrs. Obama then walked off. Rock walked off and saw Teddy Long, who hugged him. Vlad Kozlov walked up to pitch a new movie script to Rock. Santino came up dressed as Rock's character from "Fast Five." Hornswoggle came in dressed as Scorpion King and Great Khali came in dressed as "Tooth Fairy." Rock was perplexed by it all, and then Ron Simmons walked in. Rock pointed at Khali dressed in a tooth fairy costume, then Simmons finally said "DAMN!"

Steve Carell delivered a birthday message saying he was forced to do this for Dwayne Johnson but he isn't fan or doesn't like him. Carell said Happy Birthday and that Johnson is a kind and wonderful person.

The Miz vs. John Cena
WWE Championship Match

Alex Riley accompanied The Miz to the ring for this match on Raw.

Late in the match, Cena had momentum, hitting the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He set up for AA, but Miz escaped and booted Cena down. Miz rushed at Cena for a kick on the mat, but Cena tripped him into the STF. Miz managed to finally grab the bottom rope.

Later still, the ref was distracted by Riley as The Miz pulled the turnbuckle cover off. Miz tried to smash Cena face first into the corner, with Cena blocking it. Miz had a near fall moments later after a neckbreakear move.

Miz went for Skullcrushing Finale, but Cena was able to fight him off, throwing Miz backwards. The ref was behind Miz and got knocked outside of the ring, out of the match. Cena got Miz down in STF center ring and Miz tapped. Cena released thinking he'd won, but saw no ref there. Riley rushed in the with the MITB briefcase, but Cena grabbed him for the AA. Miz got the case and jabbed Cena in the gut, then hit Skullcrushing Finale. Riley put the ref back in to make a count. Cena kicked out at the last moment possible.

Miz was frustrated as he got up. Cena grabbed him and quickly hit the AA. Cena thought he had the win, but Miz kicked out of that. Again Riley distracted the referee as Miz grabbed the championship belt. Miz used the belt to clock Cena in the head, then made the winning cover.

The ref called for the bell then asked for the belt, but couldn't find it, because Miz already had it. He then realized that Miz used the belt for the finish. The ref threw out his decision and told Justin Roberts to make the new call, Cena wins by DQ. Post-match, Cena took out Riley and Miz then raised his arms up.

Winner: John Cena wins due to disqualification of The Miz to retain the WWE Championship.

Another Happy Birthday message for Rock came for Ellen DeGeneres. She said she was coming up with her own catchphrases like "Can you taste this, do you think it turned out alright?" and "Can you get me some oven mitts, this is hotter than expected!"

Tyler Perry wished a Happy Birthday to The Rock and did a message in the voice of his character Madea.

They showed a clip from last night's Extreme Rules that fans didn't see after the Pay-Per-View had ended. Cena announced from the top of the commentators table to the Tampa arena that they had caught and compromised to a permanent end, Osama Bin Laden. Cena said he feels damn proud to be an American. They played patriotic theme music as Cena left slapping hands with fans from the crowd. Cena did a final salute from the stage before leaving backstage.

Rey Mysterio & Kofi Kingston vs. Jack Swagger & Drew McIntyre

Ricardo Rodriguez handled the ring introduction for Del Rio who drove out in a Rolls Royce Phantom. Del Rio joined the commentators and spoke some Spanish to them. Mysterio got up on the corner to point at Del Rio.

Swagger, McIntyre, Mysterio and Kofi were all new drafted acquisitions for Raw. Kofi won the US championship last night off Sheamus.

Late in the match, Rey had the pinfall on Drew, but Swagger rushed in to break things up. Rey eluded Swagger, then kicked Drew against the ropes. Kofi knocked Swagger out of the ring, then hit Trouble in Paradise to send Drew into the ropes. Rey hit 619. Del Rio got up to try to distract, but Rey jumped off the corner and hit the Splash on Drew for the win.

Winners: Rey Mysterio & Kofi Kingston win via pinfall over Drew McIntyre & Jack Swagger.

They showed behind the scenes footage from the "Be a Star" campaign which had a variety of celebrities like David Arquette, Alyssa Milano, Ariel Winter, Tim Daly, Jason Biggs and WWE's Triple H. Scenes from "What I Am" were also interlaced with the footage.

Ludacris from "Fast Five" wished The Rock a Happy Birthday.

Miami Dolphins quarterback, Dan Marino, wished The Rock a Happy Birthday. Backstage, Rock wished Christian congrats on his championship win. Christian congratulated him on his new movie's success. Other WWE superstars were hanging out partying backstage. Suddenly, "Excuse Me!" Vickie Guerrero and Dolph Ziggler interrupted.

Vickie said they got him a gift. They rolled out a big fake birthday cake and Mae Young came out with a Happy B-Day Rock banner on her. Vickie and Dolph started laughing hysterically. Rock told them to shut up, then told Vickie she could lose all the weight in the world but wouldn't be as beautiful as Mae Young. Rock planted a kiss on Mae, then told Ziggler he gets more pie in one night than Dolph does in a lifetime.

Rock turned, and John Cena was standing there. He said he got him a gift, the WWE Championship. Cena promised he'll keep the title until they face off at Wrestlemania 28. He told Rock if he wants it, all he has do to is go through him. Rock said "Just Bring It."

Kane was shown walking backstage with his tag team championship belt. He'll face Ryan Mason of New Nexus, next.

Josh Matthews gave a shout to "Give Me Everything" by Pitbull.

George Lopez did his special birthday message for The Rock. Lopez pulled a magic marker on to draw the raised eyebrow over his own.

Kane vs. Mason Ryan

CM Punk came limping out with Ryan. In the match, Ryan whipped Kane to the corner, but Kane responded with a boot and then shots to the face. Kane tossed him to the corner for the clothesline. Punk interfered causing the DQ, with Kane dropping him. The ref called for the bell.

The other members of New Nexus rushed in but Kane through them off. Kane grabbed Ryan for the chokeslam, but Ryan was able to grab Kane's arm and pull it off. He slammed Kane to the mat, and the rest of Nexus started to beat on kane.

Big Show's music hit and he arrived to the ring to save Kane. He cleared off most of Nexus, but then Mason Ryan hit a big Spear on Show to tackle him to the mat. Punk sat up with his hand on his head yelling something confused towards Ryan. Ryan just walked up the ramp without Nexus.

Winner: Kane wins due to DQ over Mason Ryan when CM Punk interfered.

Punk, Otunga and McGillicutty all got outside the ring to look up the ramp at Ryan.

Another Happy Birthday message for The Rock came from Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa.

A commercial was shown for "What I Am" with the DVD and Blu-Ray available May 17th at WalMart.

Late show host Craig Ferguson wished Dwayne Johnson a Happy Birthday saying of the people he's had on the show he's the one who frightens him the most. He says Rock smells the best too, like "Peaches," the stripper, not the fruit.

The Rock made his way back out for the end of Raw. JR said all proceeds from "Team Bring It" T-Shirt sales will be donated to Wounded Warrior Project.

Rock came into the ring to thank everyone for the birthday party, and then vowed that next year's Wrestlemania will be the greatest of all time. All of a sudden, Rock was interrupted by Vince McMahon's theme music as the chairman arrived out on stage in a suit.

Vince wished a Happy birthday to Rock, and thanked him for allowing them to celebrate his birthday tonight. Vince recalled Rock coming to him and saying he pulled Vince aside at one point saying he'd do something no other superstar ever has. Vince thanked Rock for his respect, passion, humanity and for allowing the audience to keep saying "What?!" Most of all, Vince thanked him for being The Rock.

Vince said they've put together a little birthday present for him, then thanked Rock for coming home. They rolled out a "Coming Home" music video from Diddy Dirty Money with all sorts of Dwayne Johnson photos and video clips from his time in WWE, Miami and before that.

Rock was teary eyed in the ring after the video ended. R&B singer Mya came out to sing Happy Birthday to The Rock.

After Mya's b-day song to Rock, he thanked all his family, WWE Universe, Team Bring It Worldwide, and did his "If You Smell what the Rock is cooking!" Streamers, confetti and balloons fell from the rafters all over the crowd and ring. Pyrotechnics shot off from up near the stage for a while in a major fireworks display as Raw closed with Rock posing in the ring.
