WWE Main Event Results from Albany, NY:

Before Main Event started a graphic was shown of Paul Bearer on the screen with "In Memory of William Moody 'Paul Bearer' 1954-2013."  After the video intro theme for Main Event, Randy Orton's music hit to bring him out to the live arena for the first match.  Cole and The Miz were on commentary, with Miz introducing himself as star of "The Marine 3" available on DVD/Blu-ray now.

Randy Orton defeated Wade Barrett via pinfall in a non-title match.  Before the match, Barrett cut a promo talking himself up as a big star from "Dead Man Down."  He introduced a video package of the red carpet for the recent premiere with Terrence Howard and Colin Farrell also part of it.  After that, Barrett said he hoped Orton and "any other wannabe Hollywood superstars were paying attention, especially those who think they're Marines" as he walked up towards Miz at the commentators table.  Orton left the ring and attacked from behind, bringing Barrett into the ring to start the match.

Late in this one, Barrett had control with Orton down on the mat.  He prepared for the Bullhammer Elbow, but Orton ducked it and hit a powerslam to plant Wade on his back.  After that, Orton dropped down to pound the mat, then once Wade stood up, Orton connected on the RKO to put him away.

Cody Rhodes defeated Zack Ryder via pinfall.  During the match, Ryder managed to gain control when Rhodes rushed him in the corner and Zack got his knees up to block.  Ryder followed with a missile dropkick off the corner, and then punched Rhodes down in the corner.  With Rhodes seated in the corner, Ryder went for the Broski Boot, but Rhodes avoided it and Ryder got caught in the corner.  Cody took advantage with the Disaster Kick on Ryder in the corner and quickly followed with Cross Rhodes for the win.

Cole brought up this past week's Raw and how The Miz got to hang out with Ric Flair.  Miz talked about the honor to have his friend and mentor out there with him.  Cole introduced video replays of the return of Triple H who came to the ring to call out Brock Lesnar for a WrestleMania 29 match.  He left it by telling Brock to finish what they started at Mania.  Lesnar was not on Raw and has yet to answer to the challenge.

Sin Cara defeated Antonio Cesaro via pinfall in a non-title match.  Late in the match, Cesaro put Cara down on the mat, then climbed to the top turnbuckle.  Cara was quick to his feet then rushed over and connected on an enziguiri kick to Cesaro's head, causing Cesaro to get dazed and become seated on the turnbuckle.  Cara revved the crowd up then ran and jumped up for a move.  Cesaro seemed to counter and caught Cara, preparing for a powerbomb off the corner, but instead Cara countered and hit a hurricanrana to toss Cesaro to the mat.  Cara with the quick cover and 3 count to win it.

They showed highlights of the Fatal Fourway match on Raw involving CM Punk, Randy Orton, Sheamus and Big Show.  Sheamus hit the Brogue Kick on Show to send him out of the ring, but Orton then RKO'd Sheamus.  Punk was able to win the match by hitting GTS on Orton, so he'll be heading to WrestleMania 29 to try to end Undertaker's streak.  Raw ended with Undertaker arriving out halfway down the ramp to have a staredown with Punk who was still in the ring.  Cole talked up the match which is 4 weeks from Sunday at Mania.

Main Event closed with a replay of parts of John Cena and The Rock's in-ring confrontation from this past week's episode of Raw.
