John Cena: Fast Cars Update

John Cena continues to compete on ABC's new reality show, Gillette's Fast Cars & Superstars, a weekly racing competition which pairs celebrities with NASCAR driver coaches.

Tonight's show involved an Accuracy Challenge - a timed challenge around the Lowes Speedway Track. The celebs would have to drive over painted marks on the track and then the 3 celeb superstars with the fastest times would make the finals round. John Cena was one of the celeb competitors in tonight's challenge. The other competitors in tonight's challenge were: singer/songwriter Jewel, ex-NFL/Steelers coach Bill Cowher, and Volleyball champ Gabrielle Reece.

Cena raced in a green and blue Sam's Club racecar and made the finals tonight with a time of 2:04:98, despite missing one of the targets on the track and having sparks fly out of the back of his car. Cena had the best time of the top 3, with Bill Cowher coming in second, and Jewel in third.

Next week, Cena will compete against 5 other celebrity drivers (including Jewel and Bill Cowher).

Fast Cars & Superstars airs on ABC Tuesday nights at 8PM EST.
