ECW opened with a replay of highlights from last week's show, with ECW Champ John Morrison telling CM Punk, Tommy Dreamer and Elijah Burke to have a Triple Threat match. The winner would get to face Morrison in a "15 Minutes of Fame" match. Punk won the triple threat contest and will face Morrison tonight in the match. If Punk lasts 15 minutes with Morrison tonight he gets an ECW title shot at Summerslam.

Jesse Gilmet vs. The Boogeyman

Boogeyman came to the ring wearing a new black wig and with worms in his mouth already. Boogeyman spit in Gilmet's face to start the match then whipped him to the corner. Gilmet avoided a splash attempt in the corner. Boogeyman turned and stared at him eerily, then clotheslined him down twice. Boogeyman with a powerful slam in the center of the ring, followed by a climb to the ropes. Boogeyman jumped off the turnbuckle with a splash slam to finish off Gilmet. After the win, Boogeyman put a handful of worms in his mouth, then dripped them down into Gilmet's mouth.

Matt Striker came walking out from backstage with a pointer. Striker started yelling at Boogeyman calling him strange and uncouth. As Striker distracted Boogeyman, Big Daddy V snuck into the ring behind Boogeyman. V attacked Boogeyman from behind, then splashed him in the corner and slammed him to the mat. V used several elbow drops to pulverize Boogeyman in the ring. Striker came in and started yelling in Boogeyman's face as V stood over him.

Winner: Boogeyman wins via pinfall over Jesse Gilmet.

A promo ad for next week's Raw shown saying Vince McMahon, the chairman returns, including more about Vince's illegitimate child.

Styles and Tazz covered a replay of the attack by Big Daddy V on Boogeyman.

Tommy Dreamer vs Elijah Burke

Dreamer with several kicks to Burke's leg, then clotheslined him over the top ropes. Dreamer went onto the apron to jump at Burke, who stood up and slammed Dreamer off to the pavement. Burke threw Dreamer back into the ring to attack him more. Burke ran over the corner where Dreamer was layed out and landed an elbow drop. Burke went over to the center of the ring but Dreamer was able to escape a move and build momentum. Dreamer with a Texas Cloverleaf submission on Burke, who crawled to the bottom rope and grabbed it. Dreamer then grabbed Burke by the legs and catapulted him face first into the corner. Dreamer tried to suplex Burke off the corner turnbuckle, but Burke jumped down pulling Dreamer against the ropes. With Dreamer stunned in the corner, Burke then went to the other corner. Burke ran at Dreamer full force and hit him with the "Elijah Express" to pick up a pinfall win.

Winner: Elijah Burke wins via pinfall over Tommy Dreamer.

Backstage was John Morrison. Joey Styles asked his thoughts on tonight's match with CM Punk. Morrison said that CM Punk seems excited for tonight's match and to experience a possible 15 minutes of fame. Morrison said after tonight, nobody will remember Punk's name.

Balls Mahoney vs. The Miz

The Miz came down the ram with Kelly Kelly, Layla and Brooke of Extreme Expose. With a mic in hand, the Miz in ring discussed being a "chick magnet" with men fearing him.

Both men grappled in the center of the ring, with Balls putting Miz in a headlock. Balls knocked Miz down off the ropes then began punching Miz in the face several times before winding up an uppercut and knocking Miz down. Miz able to recoup and then knocked Balls to the ropes. Balls rolled out under the bottom rope and fell to the floor. Kelly Kelly got up and went over to check on Balls who had a huge smile on his face. Miz came out and grabbed Mahoney, then tossed him back into the ring. Miz slammed Mahoney in the ring but failed at the pin attempt.

Mahoney pushed Miz to the ropes then tried to clothesline him. Miz ducked then was able to come off the ropes and hit Mahoney with the "Reality Check" to finish him. Miz won via pinfall. Extreme Expose got in the ring to celebrate the victory. Kelly Kelly saw Mahoney laying on his back and looked over to see if he was ok.

Winner: The Miz wins via pinfall over Balls Mahoney.

Joey Styles asked CM Punk who was backstage about tonight's match with John Morrison. Punk said he'll be approaching tonight's match with focus and dedication. Punk said he wants nothing more than to be ECW champ. Punk said Morrison will never forget the name "CM Punk" after tonight.

Styles interviewed Stevie Richards who was standing backstage. Stykes asked about Richards' recent in-ring success against Kevin Thorn. Before Richards could finish his answer, Kevin Thorn ran up, attacking him. Thorn threw Richards into backstage trash bins and other items leaving Richards layed out. Staff came running over to pull Thorn away and attend to Richards.

Another ad promoting Raw shown, discussing the Mr McMahon's illegitimate child development. Camera cut to John Morrison already in the ring for the match. CM Punk then introduced.

CM Punk vs. John Morrison (15 Minutes of Fame)

The crowd began chanting for Punk as the bell rang and the 15 minute clock started to countdown. Punk pointed to the crowd so Morrison knew they were in Punk's favor. Morrison backed Punk to a corner, but the ref intervened.

Punk able to twist Morrion's arm, bringing him down to a seated position on the mat. Morrison able to stand up and flip Punk down to the mat, but Punk kicked Morrison away. Morrison went back over and got Punk down to the mat with a headlock. Punk got back up and dropped Morrison down again, then used a headlock of his own. Morrison able to escape and regain momentum, eventually dropping Punk down. Punk got up and was able to whip Morrison to the corner. Punk ran at Morrison who prevented him from a move. Punk then used the side ropes to jump off and kick Morrison down.

Punk threw Morrison to the ropes, allowing Morrison to kick Punk twice. Punk stayed on his feet, then was able to clothesline Morrison to the outside. Punk leapt over the top rope but Morrison dropkicked Punk outside the ring. Punk layed on the outside floor, but was able to get back up onto the apron. Morrison came over to try to suplex him into the ring. Punk reversed, flipping Morrison over him and the top ropes. Morrison landed on the ramp rolling towards the crowd barrier. ECW hit commercial break with under 10 mins left on the match timer.

ECW returned to the 15 minutes of fame match with 4:12 remaining. Morrison had Punk in a headlock in the ring, but Punk stood up. Punk able to drop Morrison down and tried to pin, but failed. Morrison got up and used a spinning reverse kick to drop Punk. Morrison then climbed the ropes and tried to flip off onto Punk. Punk rolled out of the way. Both men got up, with Punk dropping Morrison with several punches and moves. Punk threw Morrison to the corner for a knee to the face, then a bulldog. Punk jumped on the top rope and then jumped off to clothesline Morrison down. Punk tried a pin with Morrison escaping at 2. Punk continued to deliver moves and pinfall attempts with under 2 minutes. Morrison finally got back into it and did a neckbreaker on Punk.

Both men continued to fight with the timer running down under a minute. Morrison prepared his finisher, but Punk escaped then hoisted Morrison up for the GTS. Punk hit Morrison with the finisher and then looked at the clock as he pinned him. Punk picked up the win with only 5 seconds left on the clock. Styles said Punk will now get to face Morrison for the ECW title at Summerslam.

Winner: CM Punk wins via pinfall over John Morrison in the "15 minutes of Fame" match. Punk will go on to face Morrison for the ECW title at Summerslam.
