Latest on Nick Hogan Case
TMZ.com, the online celebrity gossip site published news earlier today that the Clearwater Flordia police department is still awaiting drug and alcohol test results in their impending charges against Nick Hogan. Nick was apparently driving his Toyota Supra at a high rate of speed on wet roads when the accident occurred. The police report indicates that Hogan "disregarded other traffic control". Police should have a decision on whether or not to press charges against Nick around the first week of November.
Nick's friend, John Graziano, was seriously injured in the crash, suffering permanent brain damage from which he will never recover. (Source: TMZ.com)
