SmackDown Recap from Uncasville, CT:

As Smackdown opens, Jim Ross and Tazz announce there will be the official contract signing between Big Show & Edge tonight for their World Heavyweight title match at Wrestlemania 25. In the main event match tonight, The Game Triple H will also take on Umaga.

The Undertaker opened SmackDown discussing his Wrestlemania 25 match against Shawn Michaels. Undertaker informed Michaels that he accepts the challenge.

A Shawn Michaels video highlight package was shown following Undertaker's acceptance for their match.

It's announced Matt Hardy will face off against Jeff Hardy tonight with the winner getting a spot in the Money in the Bank Ladder match at WrestleMania 25.

Jeff Hardy showed up in Vickie Guerrero’s office. Jeff said he won’t fight Matt but he will qualify for the Money in the Bank Ladder match still.

Matt Hardy comes out to the ring and cuts a promo. He talks about how Jeff won’t fight him but says once they both qualify, he’ll finally get his hands on him. He’s drawing a lot of heel heat.

MVP vs. Matt Hardy to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 25

. MVP builts up a solid offense early on. At one point, Matt countered and attempted to connect with a Twist of Fate. MVP reversed it to get the win via pinfall, qualifying for the MITB match at Wrestlemania 25.

Winner: MVP wins via pinfall over Matt Hardy to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 25.

It's announced that Jeff Hardy will take on Shelton Benjamin in another Money in the Bank Qualifying Match tonight on Smackdown.

R-Truth b. Chavo Guerrero

Good back and forth match. R-Truth was able to pick up the win via pinfall.

Winner: R-Truth wins via pinfall over Chavo Guerrero.

Vickie starts the segment in the ring. Edge comes out without the World Heavyweight Championship belt and confronted Vickie about what is going on between her and Big Show. Big Show arrived to the ring and both competitors signed the contract. Big Show then discussed how Edge is not a very good champion and Vickie agrees. John Cena arrived out to interrupt the proceedings. Cena went wild as he hit Big Show with a low blow and then tossed Edge into the ring post. Cena even hit Edge with a table. Cena whispered something into Vickie’s ear before he left the ring. Vickie Guerrero then left the ring crying.

Eve vs. Maryse

Michelle McCool joined Tazz & Jim Ross on commentary. Maryse collected the pinfall victory over Eve in a non-title bout. After the match, Melina came out and was attacked by Michelle McCool.

Winner: Maryse wins via pinfall over Eve.

Shelton Benjamin b. Jeff Hardy in a Money in the Bank ladder match qualifier

Shelton picked up the win after Matt Hardy came to the ring and hits him, immediately disqualifying Jeff. Shelton now moves on to the Wrestlemania 25 Money in the Bank Ladder Match.

Winner: Shelton Benjamin wins due to disqualification of Jeff Hardy to qualify for the Money in the Bank ladder match at WrestleMania 25.

Triple H vs. Umaga

Triple H started out strong, but Umaga eventually was able to take control. The match momentum shifted back and forth between the two competitors. Suddenly as the match was in progress, Legacy comes out of the crowd and attacks Triple H. Randy Orton doesn't touch HHH but taunts as if he will deliver the punt kick on Hunter. Orton stood over Triple H as SmackDown went off the air.

Winner: Triple H wins due to disqualification when Legacy rushed in to attack him.
