Tonight's Raw promises to be a first of its kind episode. With new owner Donald Trump appearing live at Raw to personally see to the running of things, he's also promised to make the episode commercial free. That means at least 2 hours of Raw action minus the advertisements. Fans from the WWE Universe have already expressed mixed reactions over the new ownership, but Trump is promising he'll be doing things differently than Vince McMahon. Via a prerecorded message last week, Trump said the fans deserve more back for what they've brought to the WWE, and Trump intends to give them that. With Donald Trump present to see his new acquisition and Vince McMahon there to give his Farewell to Raw speech, things are sure to be interesting. What will transpire with the former Wrestlemania "Hair vs. Hair" opponents at Raw? Will Mr. Trump announce a new General Manager?
Another big announcement that new owner Donald Trump made was regarding the WWE Championship. Randy Orton won the WWE Title last week in a Fatal Fourway as he competed against Triple H, John Cena and Big Show. Orton got the win after hitting the RKO on Big Show. Later in the night, Triple H won a 10 man Battle Royal to determine who would be the #1 Contender for Orton's title at The Bash. As Raw was ending, Donald Trump appeared on the big screen and announced that the title match will happen next week on Raw during a Last Man Standing match. Orton was shocked at the news while Triple H seemed to welcome the idea of getting back at Orton, and reclaiming his WWE Title. Who will win as HHH and Orton engage in yet another tough Last Man Standing Match? Will Orton receive help from Legacy?
Diva Mickie James was able to gain yet another impressive victory on Raw last week. This win came at the expense of WWE Diva Rosa Mendes who made her singles debut in the ring. Rosa gave a valiant effort, but the diva veteran managed to DDT her down hard to claim the pinfall. Meanwhile, the WWE Divas Champ Maryse was watching it all go down from ringside. After Mickie's win, Maryse got onto the apron and taunted Mickie, then jumped down out of her reach. It's clear Mickie wants to get her hands on Maryse, as well as the Divas title. When will Mickie receive a shot at the gold? Will the two cross paths on tonight's episode of Raw?
