Raw Preview 04.05.10

Tonight's episode of Raw is to be guest hosted by a wrestling rookie who could become the next breakout superstar for WWE! During last week's episode of WWE NXT on SyFy, an 8-rookie battle royal was held with the winner getting the opportunity to host WWE Raw. The winner was David Otunga, one of the promising young stars competing for a shot at WWE Superstardom. Otunga claims he has the most "It factor" of any other NXT rookie, and has celebrity connections including his fiance Jennifer Hudson, Usher and Cedric the Entertainer. What will this NXT rookie David Otunga bring to the show on Monday night, and how will he treat the Raw roster?

Last week's Raw also held some interesting developments in the WWE Championship picture. With John Cena as the new champion after Wrestlemania 26, it seems Batista is not satisfied with being former champ. The Animal attempted to berate Cena and claim he was the real champ, but Cena reminded him he tapped out. After a brief in-ring encounter, the two were part of a tag match later on. Batista tagged with Jack Swagger, while Cena brought out his surprise partner, Randy Orton! Orton's two RKO's to Swagger and Batista definitely showed that the Viper is ready to compete. Will he be back in the WWE title chase again, or will Batista claim his rematch soon?

Last week also saw another sneak attack by Sheamus as he smashed Triple H with a lead pipe on the ramp. With the retirement of Shawn Michaels, it appears that Triple H will be left on his own to deal with the Celtic Warrior. HHH wasn't seriously injured, but you've got to believe The Game will be ready to extract some revenge on Sheamus. What will go down between these two heated competitors on Raw tonight?
