WWE Superstars Results 11/10/11

WWE Superstars Results 11/10/11:

Justin Gabriel arrived out for the opening match, with Matt Striker and Josh Matthews on camera for the commentary. Curt Hawkins arrived out next with his walking cane.

Justin Gabriel vs. Curt Hawkins

Gabriel hurt his leg during the match and that hobbled him a bit later on. He fell backwards into the corner but then avoided Hawkins on a charging move. Later, Gabriel avoided a clothesline from Hawkins, then hit a sitout slam on him for a near fall.

Gabriel dragged Hawkins over towards the ring corner and tried to get up on the top rope for a 450 Splash, but Hawkins slammed him backwards off the corner. Hawkins tried to get his cane to use on Gabriel, but Justin kicked him down first. From there, Gabriel pulled himself up onto the top rope and hit the 450 Splash for the win.

Winner: Justin Gabriel wins via pinfall over Curt Hawkins.

Alex Riley vs. Michael McGillicutty

Late in the match, Riley started a comeback and gained momentum after a huge powerbomb slam. He went for a suplex, but McGillicutty got out of it. Moments later, Riley got McGill up on his shoulders for a finishing slam move to win the match.

Winner: Alex Riley won via pinfall over Michael McGillicutty.

Superstars returned with Matthews and Striker running down the matches for Survivor Series including Big Show vs. Mark Henry, and Cena/Rock vs. Awesome Truth.

Daniel Bryan vs. William Regal

Before Regal came to the ring, Striker and Matthews showed what happened on last Friday's Smackdown. Big Show KO'd Henry with a big punch then tried to get Daniel Bryan to cash in his MITB briefcase on Henry. By the time Bryan went into the ring, Henry was back up and Bryan couldn't cash in. They will have a rematch on Friday night's Smackdown.

Late in the match, Bryan started to work on Regal's left leg, bending it back while kneeing on it. The crowd tried to rally Regal, and he was able to kick Bryan in the face. Bryan came back and clipped his former memtor, taking him back down for another submission hold on the leg.

The close of this one saw Regal making a comeback and hitting Bryan with forearm uppercuts. They started trading them back and forth, with Daniel Bryan hitting a huge kick to knock Regal to the mat. Bryan immediately put the Lebell Lock on causing Regal to tap out.

Winner: Daniel Bryan wins by submission over William Regal.

Bryan celebrated his win briefly then stared down at Regal who got to his knees. Bryan encouraged the crowd to applaud Regal, and then Regal held up Bryan's hand in victory before leaving the ring.
