Moments later, Jericho was furious as he went backstage into Big Show's locker room to complain about his partner not coming to his aid. Show said Jericho told him he wanted to handle things by himself before. Jericho angrily ordered Big Show to stay backstage during his match tonight to see how he handles things.

Later tonight, referee Scott Armstrong will speak about the controversial decision he made at Breaking Point for CM Punk vs. Undertaker.

John Morrison vs. Mike Knox

Knox was in control earlier, but eventually Morrison made his comeback with several flip kicks to Knox' face. After several kicks he sent Knox to the outside, and then did a springboard moonsault to take Knox down. Smackdown headed to commercial for a break in the action.

Backstage, Teddy Long was shown pacing in his office, and advised security to stay close to him at all times, since they never know where Undertaker could show up. Vince McMahon suddenly showed up. Vince congratulated Teddy on bringing Batista over to Smackdown, saying it was a great surprise. Vince then started asking why Teddy doublecrossed Undertaker at Breaking Point. He told Long he owed him and the WWE Universe an explanation and ordered him to go out and explain to everyone. Smackdown went to commercial.

Smackdown GM Teddy Long arrived to the ring hearing a chorus of boos from the fans. Long was accompanied by his security crew. Long personally welcomed Batista back to the show. Long then said he had to admit to what he had done, and said everything was planned out to make sure Undertaker wouldn't become World Heavyweight Champ. Long said he's got a family too, just like Scott Armstrong, and feared he might lose his job so something had to be done. Long said he didn't want to be fired from the company, and offered an apology to Undertaker, saying he hopes he'll forgive him.

Jim Ross and Todd Grisham talked over what Teddy just said to the fans. Meanwhile a camera followed Teddy and his security crew as they moved backstage. Teddy got into a waiting limousine. A camera showed Teddy in the backseat, and he told the driver to get going twice. The tinted window between passenger and driver rolled down to reveal The Undertaker who turned to face Long saying "Buckle up Teddy". Smoke started to come out of the back seats as Teddy started frantically trying to get out of the limo but couldn't. He started banging on the doors yelling for someone to help get him out, as the limousine drove away with smoke coming out the windows.

After a replay of what happened to Teddy Long in his limo, CM Punk arrived to the ring to address the fans about his win at Breaking Point this past Sunday. Punk said "I told you so", and it seems like he's always saying that to the fans. Punk said he wanted to take his title and shove it in Taker's face to say "I told you so" to him too. Punk said he's been preaching to the fans since they need it so much. He said they'll probably do what Taker did and just give up though. Punk suggested that most fans wake up, need a pill just to get out of bed, then fill their day with smoking and drinking. Punk called the fans inebriated zombies and said they all self-medicate. Punk said he's still the only "straight-edge" champ in WWE history.

Kane then ripped apart the steel steps and dragged Khali by his leg over to the steps. After placing Khali's left leg on the steps, Kane picked up the top of the steps and smashed it down on his leg repeatedly. Kane had a maniacal grin on his face as he left to go up the ramp. Ranjin Singh and several officials checked on Khali yelling for doctors, as Kane watched up on the big screen from the ramp.
