Hardys defeat Cade & Murdoch to retain tag titles
In the opening match of Backlash, The Hardys defeated Lance Cade & Trevor Murdoch to retain the World Tag Team Championship.
Vince McMahon pins Bobby Lashley to win ECW Championship
Umaga decimated Bobby Lashley at Backlash, and Mr. McMahon benefited from it. After being floored by a Samoan Spike and top-rope splash, Lashley was pinned by Mr. McMahon. As a result, the Chairman is now the ECW World Champion.
Chris Benoit retains US Championship title
MVP brought his A-game to Backlash, but it wasn't enough to turn back Chris Benoit. In front of his hometown crowd, the Rabid Wolverine retained his U.S. Championship when he rolled up MVP for the 1-2-3.
Melina pins Mickie James to retain Women's Championship
After a hard-fought battle, Melina used a reverse DDT to flatten Mickie James and retain her Women's Championship.
Undertaker retains title
Undertaker & Batista both left down for 10 count, Undertaker retains title.
Cena retains WWE title
John Cena fell backwards to pin Randy Orton and retain the WWE title.
