Judgement Day Results
The results from Sunday May 20th's "Judgement Day" Pay Per View:
World Heavyweight Champion Edge def. Batista
Edge took advantage of the injury to Batista's leg to roll up Batista for a victory, retaining his World Heavyweight belt.
WWE Champion John Cena def. The Great Khali
Cena overcame what seemed like impossible odds to force the giant "Great Khali" to tap out from the STFU.
Bobby Lashley def. ECW World Champion Mr. McMahon, Shane McMahon & Umaga (3-on-1 Handicap Match)
Even though Lashley pinned Shane McMahon, he did not regain his belt. Mr McMahon informed a stunned Lashley and crowd that in order to recapture the belt, Lashley would have to beat Mr McMahon.
Randy Orton def. Shawn Michaels
Against doctors' orders, Michaels competed in this match, and collapsed. The referee was forced to ring the bell and award the victory to Randy Orton, who delivered a post-match RKO to HBK. HBK's wife, Rebecca, rushed into the ring while WWE medical staff examined the fallen showstopper.
MVP def. United States Champion Chris Benoit (2-out-of-3 Falls Match; new champion)
Third time was a charm for MVP, who managed to take 2 out of 3 falls and now wears the United States Championship belt.
