The Rock - ESPY's and Movie Trailer

The Rock, Dwayne Johnson, will be appearing as a presenter on tonight's ESPY Awards (aired at 9pm on ESPN). The show is hosted by comedian Jimmy Kimmel and NBA superstar, Lebron James and will present awards in many major sports categories to various athletes.

One of the first trailers for an upcoming movie which will include The Rock, "Get Smart", is also now available online. "Get Smart" is based on a popular TV series about a goofy secret agent, Maxwell Smart (played by Steve Carrell, of "The Office" and "40 Year Old Virgin"). The movie plot will revolve around Agent Smart's mission to thwart the latest plot for world domination by the evil crime syndicate known as KAOS. Rock will be playing Agent 23 in the movie. The trailer does not offer much of a look at Rock's acting skills as it is quite brief. The movie "Get Smart" is currently set to open in June 2008.
