Tonight's Smackdown will feature the return of GM Vickie Guerrero, the return of tag team Jesse & Festus, and a big 6 man tag match fo prepare for the Elimination Chamber at No Way Out.
It's been a few weeks since Smackdown GM Vickie Guerrero has been around to call the shots and make he lives of superstars like Undertaker, Batista & Rey Mysterio miserable. Tonight Vickie returns and is welcomed back on a special edition of Cutting Edge, hosted by her lover, Edge. What sort of message will Vickie and Edge have for Rey Mysterio, the man who injured Vickie inadvertantly at the Royal Rumble? Will Rey make an appearance during Edge's in-ring show?
This week's show also will feature a return of the very interesting tag team duo of Jesse & Festus. Fans have seen the pair put on quite an interesting show in the ring with Jesse's quick and acrobatic type moves coupled with Festus' pure animal instinct to attack his opponents. Jesse is saying that "Festus" is now fixed so they will be ready for action Friday night. The question exactly is how is Festus fixed and will it help or hurt their wrestling performance?
In anticipation of the upcoming Elimination Chamber match, the six competitors involved in the contest will square off in a Six man tag team match on Smackdown. Batista will team up with Finlay and the Undertaker to take on MVP, Big Daddy V and Great Khali. Which side will gain the upperhand in this battle? Will one superstar build momentum and hype heading to the Pay Per View?
