Raw Results from Nashville, TN:

Santino Marella and Vladimir Kozlov arrived out with Tamina for the opening contest. Lawler and Cole were on camera saying that John Cena will be on hand tonight to address the WWE Universe about Nexus and CM Punk. Also tonight the first inductee for the WWE Hall of Fame will be announced.

Before Justin Roberts could even announce the match, Nexus members rushed to the ring to beat up Santino and Kozlov. Punk arrived and they tossed the tag champs out of the ring. Punk gave a speech about how Cena would be giving a farewell speech later tonight. Punk said his days of "Hustle Loyalty Respect" are over. Punk said later tonight in an act of selfless leadership, he'll initiate himself as the new leader of the new Nexus. He said he's also going to initiate each of the guys into Nexus as well.

Punk had Michael McGillicutty step forward and asked him about the pack style beatings they've given countless superstars. He told McGill that he'd be initiated through a beatdown from Nexus as well. One-by-one, each of the Nexus guys did his finishing move on McGillicutty. With McGill down on the mat, Punk got down on his knees and had the Nexus guys put McGill on his shoulders for the GTS. Nexus carried McGill up the ramp on their shoulders and headed backstage with Punk leading as their theme music played.

R-Truth vs. Alberto Del Rio

Del Rio came driving out in a 1961 S-2 Bentley. Cole said it's a rare car of just 1,000 made worth $300,000. Ricardo Rodriguez handled the introduction.

Truth had the advantage, then went and took himself with Del Rio out over the top rope by clothesline. The ref started up the countout. Both guys were struggling to get back to the ring, but Ricardo Rodriguez was able to hold Truth back so Del Rio won.

Post-match, Del Rio insulted the crowd for choosing music like hip hop and country. He said he was going to show the true music, mariachi music. Del Rio told Ricardo Rodriguez to show some mariachi music. Rodriguez got on the mic to sing "La Cucharacha" and dance around a bit, despite being punched by Truth in the match.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio wins against R-Truth due to countout.

Raw returned with highlights of how The Miz attacked Jerry Lawler at ringside a few weeks ago. Lawler appeared on camera to say he was doing better but still hurting a bit from the attack. Just then, the lights flashed and email sound effect went off. Cole got up to read the latest.

The latest email from the GM talked about how Michael Cole is the recipient of unfair treatment, but the anonymous GM supports him, even though he's a conceited, pompous, arrogant, self-centered, pretentious jerk. Then the GM added "just kidding," and that Cole is the epitome of manhood, with the guts to stand up against popular opinion. The email continued to boast about Cole's virtues and awards. Lawler just rolled his eyes and finally got a mic to interrupt.

Lawler said he just received a message from the entire WWE Universe, and he quotes "Will you please just shut up?" Lawler walked up to Cole, and Cole reminded him if he touches him he'll be fired. Lawler slammed the laptop shut. The lights flashed and email sound chimed again. The GM said he knows Cole is not a coward and neither is Lawler, so tonight WWE Champion, The Miz, and Alex Riley will take on the team of Jerry "The King" Lawler and Randy Orton.

Backstage, CM Punk talked to the rest of Nexus. He told Husky Harris, his initiation is next. Punk produced leather straps and handed them to his fellow Nexus guys, saying Harris will take 3 lashes from each of the other guys. Harris said he accepts and turned around. Punk got in his face and told him to take his shirt off first. From there, each Nexus guy took turns and used their leather strap to give 3 lashes to Husky's back. Punk then whipped Harris on his back unmercifully. Lawler was heard on commentary saying it's the stupidest thing he's ever seen.

Daniel Bryan & Mark Henry vs. Tyson Kidd & Ted Dibiase

In a rematch from WWE Superstars, these two teams went at it again. The Bella Twins and Maryse were at ringside to cheer on their respective wrestlers. Cole mentioned the Bellas are going on a double date with Bryan and his WWE NXT rookie Bateman Tuesday night.

In this one, Bryan managed to escape the heels, tagging in Henry. Kidd and Dibiase tried to doubleteam Henry, but it was shortlived. Henry clotheslined both guys down, then hit the World's Strongest Slam on Kidd for the win. The Bellas got in the ring to hug Bryan to celebrate the victory.

Winners: Mark Henry & Daniel Bryan win via pinfall over Ted Dibiase & Tyson Kidd.

The Big Show was shown backstage hugging a WWE staff member and walking on his way out to the ring.

Slam of the Week was from WWE NXT last week. They showed the first elimination for Season 4, Jacob Novak. They showed Ziggler from earlier in the night saying he never liked Novak at all.

Cole reminded fans that past episodes of NXT can be seen on WWE.com, Hulu.com and YouTube.

Big Show came to the ring to give a speech. Show started talking about how Wade Barrett was knocked out of Nexus not long ago, and on Friday he's going to knock out Barrett. Show started to talk about the Royal Rumble, but was cut off as The Nexus arrived out (minus Harris & McGillicutty). David Otunga made his way down the ramp, then turned and looked back at CM Punk. Punk gave him a stern lookin nodding at him to contine on. Otunga got in the ring with Big Show as part of his intitiaion, then slapped Show in the head. Show stared him down, then kicked Otunga down. Show tossed Otunga out of the ring, then onto the commentators table. Showto Heath Slater finished things with a knockout punch on Otunga in the ring. Show's theme music played as CM Punk, Slater and Gabriel raised their arms up on the stage as the latest initiation was now finished.

John Morrison vs. Sheamus

Prior to the match starting, they showed highlights of Morrison versus The Miz from Raw last week in their "Falls Count Anywhere Match."

Late in this one, Sheamus went for the running boot kick but Morrison avoided it. Morrison was able to drop down near the ropes and Sheamus fell to the outside. JMo went for a jump over the top rope, with Sheamus able to get a knee into his gut. Sheamus put Morrison back into the ring then prepared for the running kick. Morrison fell to the mat and Sheamus kneed him in the back. Sheamus went for the Superplex from the corner but Morrison wisely yanked Sheamus down against the top of the ringpost. Sheamus stumbled back, and Morrison finished him with a huge knee to the face for the winning pinfall.

Winner: John Morrison wins via pinfall over Sheamus.


Backstage, CM Punk had Kendo sticks talking to Slater and Gabriel. He said he's not going to beat them with the kendo sticks, they're going to beat each other until he tells them to stop. They took the sticks and stared at each other. They hesitated to go at each other, so Punk told them if they're not in, they're out. Punk told them to swing for the fences. They kept hesitating so Punk yelled "do it!" Slater and Gabriel turned looking at Punk as if they might hit him. Punk questioned if they were going to hit him, then said to go ahead. Punk stood there waiting to be hit, but Slater and Gabriel dropped their sticks and walked out.

The first inductee for the 2011 Hall of Fame was announced on Raw by Jerry Lawler in the ring. He introduced a video package which showed "The Heartbreak Kid," Shawn Michaels highlights. Michaels will be inducted the night before Wrestlemania 27. After the video was over, the fans got a huge surprise, as Shawn Michaels' theme music started up. Michaels came out from backstage to the ovation of the fans. He was in street clothes but still knelt on the ramp for the pyro to go off and slapped hands with fans on the way to the ring. Cole and Lawler gave him a standing ovation as well.

Michaels got in the ring dancing around then posed for the fans. Michaels was getting a lot of applause from the fans, but all of a sudden, Alberto Del Rio's theme music hit. Del Rio arrived out and introduced himself. He talked about how the people used to cheer for Michaels, "The Showstopper." The fans started up a H-B-K chant. Del Rio got in the ring saying now the people cheer him because he's the present and the future of the WWE. Del Rio said once he wins the Rumble and then either the WWE or World Heavyweight Title he'll go on to be the new "Mr. Wrestlemania." Michaels smiled at Del Rio, then gave him Sweet Chin Music to knock him down. Michaels danced and posed some more for the crowd afterwords. HBK took the white scarf Del Rio had on and put it on himself before leaving the ring to head up the ramp.

Raw returned with Alex Riley backstage trying to get Miz revved up for their match. Miz said people should be talking about him defeating Morrison last week in their huge Falls Count Anywhere match. Instead, Miz said they're all talking about Randy Orton winning the steel cage match. Miz said nobody gives him respect no matter what he does. Miz told Riley they need to embarrass and hurt their opponents in the tag match to make a statement. Riley tried to deliver Miz's catchphrase for him, but Miz stopped him, saying he won't give it until he beats down Orton later on.

Michael Cole was in the ring to discuss John Cena. CM Punk's voice came over the speakers. Punk was shown standing up on the Titantron. Punk said they're done talking about Cena. He said he wants to talk about the new Nexus. Punk said Otunga, Husky Harris and Michael McGillicutty have shown they are strong enough to be part of the new Nexus, and now he's prepared to do the same. Punk said his initiation will be the ultimate sacrifice. Punk asked the crowd if he should dive off the Titantron and break every bone in his body. The crowd went wild suggesting he should with Josh Matthews on commentary saying this is ridiculous.

Punk looked as if he was going to dive, then got back on the mic saying he had one more question, "exactly how gullible are all of you?" Punk revealed he has a harness on and two guys spotting him. Two guys in all black stepped out near Punk holding wire cables. Punk insulted the crowd further saying they're all mindless sheep. Punk's theme music hit as he kept laughing from up on the Titantron. The new Nexus guys arrived out to the ramp, Harris, McGillicutty and Otunga all looked beat up as they walked to the ring gingerly. Cole and Matthews reviewed higlights of each of their initiations. Punk soon joined the Nexus in the ring.

Punk spoke about being not mentally challenged, but mentally superior. The crowd started up another Cena chant. Punk said Cena's no longer there because he got rid of them. Just then, John Cena appeared on the Titantron saying he's there. Cena asked Punk why he needed to give each member of Nexus a physical initiation, when Cena already did. He said he gave each one of Nexus a beating, except one, their new member, CM Sucks. Punk said he's not afraid of Cena, so Cena challenged him to a match next week on Raw. Cena became enraged saying Punk has provoked him, so next week Punk will get dealt with.

Randy Orton & Jerry Lawler vs. The Miz & Alex Riley

In this match, the heels managed to take control against Lawler, working the doubleteam. Lawler managed to break free against The Miz. Lawler tagged in orton as Miz tagged in Riley. Orton came in on fire and eventually hit his middle rope DDT on Riley. Orton became enraged and dropped down to pound on the mat. Miz went to get into the ring, but Orton turned around to stare at him. Orton taunted Miz to step into the ring with him but Miz stayed put. Riley tried to attack from behind, but Orton hit the RKO on him. He stood up and stared at Miz more, then backed up to tag in Lawler. Lawler got up on the second corner turnbuckle and dropped off for the diving fist punch on Riley, taking the pinfall. Orton kept the staredown on Miz. Miz backed out of there with the WWE Title.

Winners: Randy Orton & Jerry Lawler win via pinfall over The Miz & Alex Riley.
