WWE Superstars Results 10/6/11

WWE Superstars Results 10/6/11:

WWE Superstars is now back on again. This week's episode opened with Alex Riley's theme music as he made his entrance for the opening match. Scott Stanford welcomed fans to the show and introduced his colleague Josh Matthews.

Alex Riley vs. JTG

Late in the match, both guys were down with JTG bringing A-Ri to his feet. He went for a big clothesline, but Riley ducked it and got JTG up on his shoulders. He followed with a twisting flapjack type move to slam JTG to the mat. Riley captured the pinfall victory from there.

Winner: Alex Riley wins via pinfall over JTG.

When Superstars returned, Scott Stanford introduced footage of the "chaos and bedlam" that occurred after the main event Triple Threat match for the WWE Championship. Cena had been locked out so he got back into the HIAC when it was raised after Del Rio won. Two guys in black hoodies got into the cell right before it dropped down and attacked Cena, Del Rio and Punk. It turned out to be Miz and R-Truth.

HHH and John Laurinaitis rushed to the ring to try to get into the cell but couldn't as Miz and Truth attacked the ref and wrestlers. Superstars from the back rushed down but couldn't do anything. Finally, some personnel was able to cut open the chain lock, and police went in to arrest Truth and Miz. They surrendered, but on the way out Triple H tackled both down to attack them. Eventually a few guys in suits pulled the COO away.

After the footage, Scott Stanford said they will be showing what happened on the Raw walkout this past Monday night. Stanford said it will leave viewers speechless.

Percy Watson vs. Michael McGillicutty

Late in the match, McGillicutty had a headlock wrapped tight on Percy. Watson fought to his feet but McGill sent him to the corner. Watson got a boot up to his face as McGill charged, then hit an enzuguiri kick to knock him down.

The finish saw Watson hit several uppercuts and a flying clothesline to drop McGillicutty. Percy seemed ready for a finisher after he pounded on Mike in the corner. Moments later, with McGillicutty down on the mat, Percy tried for his big jumping splash move, but McGill put his feet up to block. McGillicutty seized the match with his swinging neckbreaker for the pinfall win.

Winner: Michael McGillicutty wins via pinfall over Percy Watson.

Superstars returned with Jack Korpela now on commentary giving thanks for the Hell in a Cell theme song "Set the World on Fire" from Black Veil Brides. Korpela was seated with Matt Striker and they started discussing the disension on Raw this past Monday.

AJ vs. Tamina

Late in the match, Tamina took control hitting a leg drop on AJ after several submission holds. Tamina went to the ropes for a flying splash but AJ rolled out of harm's way. From there AJ grabbed Tamina around the neck and flipped over her to slam her down into a pinfall on the mat.

Winner: AJ wins via pinfall over Tamina.

Ted Dibiase vs. Tyson Kidd

Jack Korpela talked about the "Dibiase Posse" which has Ted tailgating with fans from WWE Universe before the events. Korpela noted that this match tonight was a rematch from two weeks ago.

Kidd worked to wear down Dibiase with a headlock and then slaps to the back of his head. Kidd kept taunting, so Dibiase stood up and started to punch away. Dibiase gained fire and hit an Atomic Drop followed by several takedowns and a near fall. Kidd responded with a kick from the apron and a rollup pinfall attempt. Dibiase reversed it for a pinfall of his own. Kidd got up and went for a move, but Dibiase was quick to grab him and hit Dream Street for the pin.

Winner: Ted Dibiase wins via pinfall over Tyson Kidd.

Superstars closed out with highlight video of superstars confronting COO Triple H during his tenure for various problems or issues they had with the way he was running things. The show closed with part of a replay of the "Vote of Confidence" involving the WWE superstars walking out on COO Triple H to end Monday's episode of Raw.
