WWE NXT Results 12/14/11

WWE NXT results from Raleigh, NC:

The live show opened with Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu in a tag match against Curt Hawkins and Tyler Reks.  Yoshi Tatsu was getting beat down by the heels for a good part of the match, but in the end Barreta got in and was able to get a roll-up pinfall on Hawkins.

They had the Showtime with Percy Watson in-ring show.  His guest was Derrick Bateman and they discussed the love triangle involving him, Maxine, and Johnny Curtis.  Curtis came out trying to say something happened between Bateman and Maxine's mom.  JTG arrived out say Curtis paid him to lie about where Maxine was before.  Maxine came out to say she was sick of everyone in this.  Curtis mocked Bateman, causing Bateman to punch him.  Watson then mocked Curtis, and Curtis started to attack him, but Percy got the upperhand.  Matt Striker arrange them to fight later on.

Jey Uso defeated JTG in a singles match after hitting a Superkick on him.  Post-match, Tamina kissed JTG and Jey acted sick about it.

They had a backstage segment where Striker talked to Titus O'Neil.  Titus apologized for last week's bit in the ring.  Striker said Titus doesn't need to do any challenge to prove himself, but Titus said he does.

Backstage, Bateman talked to Maxine saying he'd marry her before the NXT show is over.  Bateman left, but Curtis showed up and kissed Maxine.  Maxine tried to slap him, but Curtis blocked it.

Johnny Curtis was able to defeat Percy Watson by pinfall after hitting a sit-out slam finisher.

Titus O'Neil came to the ring to apologize for last week's rant in the ring.  Darren Young came out to say he doesn't buy the apology.  He said people don't even know who Titus is, but they know D-Young because he "runs NXT."  They got in a verbal dispute about ex-football players in the WWE, with Titus mentioning Ted Dibiase, Ron Simmons, and The Rock.  Darren called Titus an NXT failure and a loser.  Titus tried to walk away, but Young kept taunting, so Titus snapped and beat up D-Young to close NXT.
