Raw Preview 08.04.08

Last week's Raw brought a shocking conclusion to the show, with a new General Manager being named for the brand. After speculation all show long, fueled by Shane McMahon's appearance on set and William Regal's return, former ECW commentator Mike Adamle was named as new GM. With Adamle's first major move, he announced in the ring that Batista and John Cena will face each other at Summerslam. There's sure to be more to come from the new GM on tonight's show who seemed to take pleasure in arranging a match with Michael Cole as a competitor. What will General Manager Adamle have in store for tonight's Raw?

With Adamle's first announcement that Batista and Cena will square off at the upcoming Summerslam, a classic match seems likely. On tonight's show, the two opponents will team up as a tag team to face Cody Rhodes and Ted Dibiase for their World Tag Team titles. Cena and Batista have made it no secret that they are on a collision course for each other. How will they fare as a tag team?
