Raw Preview 11.02.09
On last week's episode of WWE Raw, John Cena was booked as the special guest referee for a matchup between the Bragging Rights traitor The Big Show, and Team Raw's captain Triple H. The match was a lumberjack match with many unhappy Raw superstars surrounding the ring ready to take out frustration on the man who cost Raw the Bragging Rights trophy. Despite his massive size and power, Big Show was ultimately defeated by The Game, as the superstars around the ring enjoyed some satisfaction. Cena was also impartial in the match, coming off his big win a night earlier in the 60 minute Iron Man match against Randy Orton. However, the new WWE Champion would soon learn his new opponent(s) for Survivor Series. At the next Pay-Per-View, according to guest hosts Kyle Busch and Joey Logano, John Cena will defend his title against both members of D-Generation X in a Triple Threat match. The bombshell announcement rocked Raw as the show ended, so how will things go from there on tonight's episode?
Last week also saw a dramatic move made by Kofi Kingston as he smashed up a Randy Orton NASCAR. Earlier in Raw, Randy Orton made the mistake of attacking Kingston claiming that Kingston was the reason he lost his Iron Man match to Cena. The night before at Bragging Rights, Kingston ran down to attack Legacy because of Cody Rhodes' earlier attack on him. Due to the attack from Orton, Kingston destroyed The Viper's prized possession he received earlier from Cody Rhodes and Dibiase as a token of their appreciation. With Orton and Legacy in the ring, Kingston appeared on the Titantron to confront Orton for the earlier attack. Kingston then used a crowbar and spraypaint to do damage, while a distraught Orton looked on and pleaded for him to stop. Orton still believes he should be champion and has demanded a rematch with Cena, but this was not to be as now it appears he has unfinished business with Kofi. What will go down between these two volatile superstars on tonight's episode of Raw?
Tonight's show will have another duo of guest hosts commanding the superstars and their matches. The always controversial Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne will step into the roles of guest hosts to try to keep things in order. It will surely be interesting to see how they handle the job, and what mayhem ensues. What will the Rock N' Roll, reality TV stars bring to the stage for the WWE's brand of sports entertainment?
