Kozlov Push & Hogan Return?
If you've been following Smackdown, then you undoubtedly are aware of the dominance of the Russian superstar, Vladimir Kozlov. For week after week he's crushed competition, and now has demanded better opponents. He's even going to the trouble of attacking stars such as HHH and Jeff Hardy to get that competition level up. At one point, Kozlov had a potential in-ring showdown with Big Show, until Vickie Guerrero broke things up. So we might not see that match for some time.
Joe Burgett at Bleacher Report has an article regarding the Kozlov push, saying that Kovloz is well-liked by Vince McMahon due to his size and entertainment factor. In his post, Joe writes:
Many fans are aware of the Iron Sheik, a former WWF Champion. Sheik didn't speak the best of English, and still doesn't, but back then microphone skills weren't as heavy a factor. Kozlov could provide a solid heel still, although he might have been better paired in a title bout against John Cena. The reasoning is Cena is the closest WWE has to a top notch star supporting the USA angle. The Russia vs. USA type contest might not play as well as it once did, now that Middle Eastern conflicts are prevalent. A Kozlov vs. Triple H feud won't be so bad either. And come to think of it, why not bring back Iron Sheik to manage Kozlov? Sheik used to pair up with Nikolei Volkoff back in the day.
Speaking of Hulk Hogan, an article at 411mania.com speculates about a possible Hulk Hogan return to the WWE.
Very interesting rumors. Brooke would do well amongst the divas with her family name, and having Hulk around can never hurt pro wrestling. The only question becomes who is left to face Hogan in a feud? Possibly a Cena-Hogan or Batista-Hogan contest works, since Hogan and Vince have gone toe-to-toe, as have Hogan and HBK.

When Vince wants something he always gets it, so we might see a Russian World Champion someday, but they might start him off with the US Gold considering it has not been defended in a good while.
Now what I'm worried about is how the fans will react, naturally they will make him heel, and he really doesn't speak much English. So how is he going to work out communication wise?

- During an interview with Monday Night Mayhem, Brooke Hogan said that she thinks her father, Hulk Hogan, is getting ready to return to WWE. She said he is getting himself back in shape and that is what he usually does before making a return. She also said that she may end up going to WWE as well if her music career and reality show go bust.
