At the end of the show Titus O'Neil was eliminated. He gave a noble speech before making his way backstage to leave.

NXT Host Matt Striker was in the ring to start the show. Striker said there's seven guys left looking to be the next breakout star. Striker said the winner gets a title match on PPV. Striker introduced the WWE Pros one-by-one. He asked the Pros panel about the voting. Zack Ryder was first to talk and said he felt his rookie Titus O'Neil was robbed in the voting. John Morrison was next to speak, and said if it had gone his way, The Miz would have been voted off.

Striker brought out the remaining 7 NXT rookies for Season 2. Alex Riley came out and went over to Team LayCool, grabbing one of their clipboards. Once all of them were assembled in the ring, Striker brought up Husky Harris and said he was close to being eliminated next. Harris said if anyone should know how tough he is, it's Matt Striker. Alex Riley talked about being ranked lower than Kaval, a guy who isn't big enough to ride the bumper cars at Six Flags. Kaval told Riley if he thinks him being #1 was a fluke, to listen to all the members of the WWE Universe.

Tonight the rookies had to talk at a podium in the "Talk the Talk Challenge". Each rookie had 10 seconds to think about their topic, then 30 seconds to speak about it to the audience. Striker said the winner of tonight's contest gets to host their own talk show next week. Percy Watson had to talk about "glasses". Kaval had to talk about "chicken". Eli Cottonwood had to talk about "moustache". McGillicutty had to talk about "breath". Husky Harris had to talk about "doorknob". Lucky Cannon talked about "deodorant". Kaval vs. The Miz

The Miz got an early kick in to Kaval's jaw then kept kneeing him. Alex Riley was on the apron as were Michelle McCool and Layla to support Kaval. Miz kept Kaval grounded, tossing him into the corner and then using a foot against his neck. Miz did his running clothesline on Kaval in the corner for the near fall, then settled into a chinlock. Kaval tried to make a comeback but got tossed to the outside by Miz. LayCool rushed over to check on him during a break.

After the break, Kaval had some high intensity action with a Sunset Flip. Instead of the pin he jumped up and landed with both feet on Miz's upper chest. Both men recovered on the mat. Miz kept attacking, but Kaval started his comeback taking Miz down repeatedly. Kaval had some impressive kick moves, including a karate kick in the corner. Kaval climbed up on the corner for the Warrior's Way to finish Miz off. Miz got up to start fighting him on the corner.

Kaval was able to push Miz off the corner, but Miz came back to swipe his leg, and Kaval hit gut first on the corner. From there Miz took Kaval down center ring with Skullcrushing Finale.

Winner: The Miz wins via pinfall over Kaval.

They did a background video about Eli Cottonwood including remarks from the Pros. Team LayCool called him scary. Kofi Kingston said it doesn't seem like he's all there.

They did the Raw Rebound about last night's truce that John Cena and Wade Barrett of Nexus were supposed to have in the ring. Cena ignored the anonymous GM's request and tried to beat up Wade Barrett, but the Nexus attacked. Cena ended up putting Darren Young in the STF and then beating him up afterwords. The anonymous GM booked Cena in a match for next week's Raw with 7-on-1 against Nexus. Also Edge will take on Randy Orton in singles action.

Cole and Matthews discussed the upcoming first ever Money in the Bank PPV. Matches include Rey Mysterio defending the World Title against Jack Swagger, and John Cena going for the WWE Title in a cage match against Sheamus.

Rhodes and Harris had the upperhand with Harris pounding on Henry in the corner. He did a running splash move then turned around to gloat. Henry came back to level him. Both guys crawled over to make tags out, with Cannon coming in on fire against Rhodes.

Things got out of control though as Cannon had a pinfall on Rhodes. Husky Harris rushed in to kick Cannon and break it up. Henry came in and again leveled Harris, so the ref tried to get the illegal guys out of the ring. During all the confusion, Rhodes was able to grab Cannon and hit Cross Rhodes for the victory.
