Raw Results 10/24/11

WWE Raw Results from San Antonio, TX:

Triple H started off the show in the ring, calling out Kevin Nash for what he did last night at Vengeance, attacking HHH from ringside. John Laurinaitis came out to interrupt. HHH said he wants Nash tonight so he can kick his ass. HHH told Laurinaitis to do his job and go sign Nash to a contract so HHH can kick his ass. Triple H said he'll find Nash himself.

Laurinaitis tried to reason with Hunter who went up the ramp towards backstage. He turned and told the interim GM to shutup, but then Triple H got clocked by a sledgehammer shot by Kevin Nash. Security guards restrained Nash while Laurinaitis checked on HHH. A paramedic came out to check on HHH's condition.

Back from break, they showed HHH about to be taken away in an ambulance. Kevin Nash got involved again to attack HHH. Security came in to get Nash out of there as Laurinaitis came over to say he was sorry to Triple H. The ambulance took HHH away from there.

Randy Orton and Sheamus defeated Cody Rhodes and Christian in tag team action. Late in the match, Orton hit an RKO on Christian. Rhodes knocked Orton out of the ring and then Sheamus got Rhodes with the High Cross.

Backstage, John Laurinaitis finished up a phone call with Stephanie McMahon who was blaming him for what happened to HHH. David Otunga talked to Laurinaitis before Cena came in and told "Carlton Banks" to get lost. Otunga eventually left. Cena told the interim GM he's sick of Miz and Truth getting in his business so he wants a match. Laurinaitis agreed as long as he picks Cena's partner.

Next week's Raw will be the Halloween edition featuring The Muppets. Kermit was shown in Cena's red color gear.

Dolph Ziggler defeated Santino Marella in a non-title match. Swagger distracted Santino from ringside when he tried to get The Cobra. Ziggler was able to hit the Zig Zag after. Post match, Swag and Ziggler started attacking Sainto, so Mason Ryan rushed down to make a save.

Backstage, The Bella Twins were chatting in the hallway when Zack Ryder came running up. Ryder was all excited that Laurinaitis chose him as Cena's partner tonight.

Del Rio came out to brag about his big title defense, after Ricardo Rodriguez introduced him. Punk came out to interrupt saying he's beaten Del Rio before. There was an in-ring confrontation involving Punk and Del Rio. Punk tried to get a WWE Championship shot. John Laurinaitis came out and told Punk he'd give him one at Survivor Series, but only if Punk says he respects him. Punk said he respects Laur for never being good enough in a ring and somehow ascending the corporate ladder to get where he is. Laurinaitis said it's not good enough, so he'll think it over for another week. Punk said he'll give him something else to think about. Punk grabbed Del Rio trying for a GTS, but Ricardo Rodriguez got involved to prevent it. Del Rio and Laurinaitis got out of the ring, so Punk grabbed Ricardo and hit the GTS.

Alicia Fox defeated Natalya with a quick roll-up pin despite Natalya dominating the match. Backstage they showed Eve and Kelly laughing about Natalya's loss. Beth and Natalya tried to attack Alicia who got out of the ring to safety.

Wade Barrett defeated John Morrison by pinfall after hitting Wasteland in a match nearing 10 minutes.

Michael Cole talked about how Jim Ross is spreading rumors and lies about him tonight. Cole had several photoshopped photos of JR shown including JR's head on a fat man's body, and JR in a Sooners cheerleaders outfit. Cole said next week he's calling out Ross for a Michael Cole Challenge on Raw. If Ross wins he gets his commentator seat back on Raw and Cole will quit. Lawler told Cole he bit off more than he can chew.

Zack Ryder had an interview backstage with Josh Matthews and talked about how Truth and Miz can't fist bump like him. Suddenly, Miz and Truth attacked Ryder, throwing him throw a stage light backstage. After the attack, refs and security came in to clear Miz and Truth out as refs came to check on Ryder.

In the main event, Cena was on his own against Miz and Truth. He dominated each guy in the early going, but the heels eventually wore down Cena. Cnea fought back and hit Five Knuckle Shuffle on Miz. He prepared for AA but Truth interfered and smashed Cena with a water bottle, so the ref called for the DQ.

Post-match, Miz and Truth kept up the attack on Cena and went to get steel chairs outside the ring. John Laurinaitis came out and told them to stop, so they eventually did. Laurinaitis said he's going to let Cena choose a partner for a legit tag match. He said it'll be Truth and Miz versus Cena and a partner of his choice at Survivor Series. Cena said he's going to choose someone to bring out - the crowd started chanted "Rocky, Rocky." Cena said he's not choosing out of friendship, but chooses his partner to be...The Rock. Truth and Miz were shocked at the news. The commentary team said Cena and The Rock could be the greatest pairing in WWE history. Raw ended with camera shots of Cena and Miz/Truth for a while before the show ended.
