Smackdown Results from Wilkes-Barre, PA:

Mark Henry started off Smackdown with a promo talking about how he survived two matches against Big Show and deserves respect for still being champ. He said it was Show's own fault he was kicked in the groin at Survivor Series. Big Show came out and got in a shouting match with Henry, before knocking him out with the WMD punch.

Daniel Bryan arrived out to cash in his MITB briefcase, and pinned Mark Henry to become new World Heavyweight Champion. Smackdown GM Teddy Long came out and said Henry isn't able to compete tonight due to injury, so the cash-in was invalid. The MITB briefcase is given back to Bryan and Mark Henry is still World Heavyweight Champion.

Long booked a Fatal Fourway match for later tonight to determine the new #1 contender for the World Heavyweight Championship. The match will involve Randy Orton, Wade Barrett, Cody Rhodes and Daniel Bryan with the winner getting Henry for the title on next week's Smackdown.

Hunico defeated Justin Gabriel in singles action

Beth Phoenix and Natalya defeated Kaitlyn and AJ, with Alicia Fox on commentary during the matchup.

A Masked Kane promo video was shown.

Teddy Long and Aksana were backstage when Mark Henry came up and told the GM he shouldn't have to defend the title next week. Long says it will be a steel cage match.

Sheamus and Zack Ryder teamed up to defeat Dolph Ziggler and Jack Swagger in a tag team match.

Backstage, Daniel Bryan is talking to AJ. Wade Barrett comes up to interrupt and says he'll win the fatal fourway match later. Barrett leaves, but Daniel Bryan plants a kiss on AJ because he's fired up.

Ted Dibiase defeated Heath Slather. Jinder Mahal appeared on the Titantron to complain about Dibiase's "posse parties" with the fans.

Backstage, Matt Striker talked to Cody Rhodes. Rhodes said he threw water on Booker T because Booker looked at him wrong. He said later tonight he'll win the fourway match and then mocked Booker T.

In the main event, Daniel Bryan won against Rhodes, Barrett and Orton, to become new #1 contender. Bryan will face Mark Henry next week on the live Smackdown show.

Post-match, Rhodes attacked Bryan and kept beating him down. Orton made a big save and hit the RKO on Rhodes to end the show.
