WWE Spoilers: Awesome Truth Won't Be Tag Champions

Recent reports indicate that the tag team known as "Awesome Truth," (The Miz and R-Truth) were scheduled to be the next tag team champions.  However those plans by the WWE hit a bit of a bump in the road after both Evan Bourne and R-Truth were suspended by WWE.  Each received 30-day suspensions under WWE's Wellness policy, with Bourne first and Truth just recently.

Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne are the current tag team champions.  However, the plans were for them to drop the titles to Awesome Truth after the Survivor Series Pay-Per-View.  It appears that now when Bourne returns to action, he and Kofi will continue their title reign.

Fans saw R-Truth "written out" of the WWE shows this past Monday on Raw when The Miz turned against Truth and attacked him to close out the show.  The site whatculture.com is reporting that this will now move The Miz into a WWE championship picture along with John Cena, as they'll compete to become the new #1 contender for CM Punk's title.  Once Truth returns he'll likely be a face wrestler again.
