Smackdown Results 09/07/12

Smackdown Results from Mobile, IL:

Smackdown started off with Alberto Del Rio and David Otunga arriving out, with Ricardo Rodriguez behind them in a neck brace.  Del Rio and Otunga talk about wanting something done about Sheamus' Brogue Kick, asking Booker T to ban the move from WWE.  Booker comes out and polls the fans on what they think, and they vote the kick stays legal.  Booker says he has something planned for Del Rio and Otunga later on.

Rey Mysterio and Sin Cara defeated Cody Rhodes and The Miz.  In the close, Rhodes accidently hit his Beautiful Disaster Kick on Miz to help the other team win.

They had a segment where Hornswoggle ended up stomping on Daniel Bryan's foot before running off.

Zack Ryder defeated Daniel Bryan due to referee's decision.  Before the match, the two hugged.  Bryan ultimately won with the No Lock, but refused to break the hold when the ref called for the bell.  The ref reversed the decision and Bryan lost his temper.

Damien Sandow arrives out and starts insulting the fans and Randy Orton.  Orton comes out to tell him that they've got a match next.

Randy Orton defeated Damien Sandow due to countout.  Dolph Ziggler did commentary.  Sandow rolled out of the ring and ran away at one point, like his match against Sheamus the week before.  Ziggler attacked Orton and the two started to fight.  Sandow ran down and got RKO'd, as Ziggler took off.

David Otunga barged into Booker T's office demanding he ban the Brogue Kick.  Instead, Booker put Otunga in a match versus Sheamus later tonight.

Titus O'Neil and Darren Young defeated Primo and Epico to become new #1 contenders for the WWE tag titles.  R-Truth and Kofi Kingston were on commentary during the match.

Wade Barrett defeated Yoshi Tatsu in his comeback squash match.

Sheamus defeated David Otunga in the main event.  Del Rio was ringside.  Before the end of the match, GM Booker T came out and banned the Brogue Kick.  Sheamus got into an argument with Del Rio, but still managed to defeat Otunga for the win.
