Paul Heyman arrived to the building and met with Stephanie and HHH saying Brock took their offer to take the night off. He said he needed to go deliver his retort to what Undertaker said earlier and that will be that. Steph and HHH said they didn’t trust him as far as they can throw him, and that’s not far. They said they’d need more security and the locker room.

Backstage, Stephanie yelled at the assembled locker room wrestlers that SummerSlam depends on having the main event in tact and that means Lesnar and Taker need to be apart until then. She said everyone’s livelihood depends on this and she’s not asking, she’s telling them.

Paul Heyman stood in the ring to deliver his response to what Undertaker said earlier. He talked about all the other stars including HHH, Shawn Michaels, Edge, Randy Orton and Ric Flair who couldn’t end Taker’s streak. He said why wouldn’t they continue to remind everyone that Brock was the one to conquer it? He said Lesnar took Taker’s streak so Taker took what mattered most to Brock, his shot at being the champion. Heyman said Taker may sell his soul to the devil, but Brock owns his ass. The gong sounded and the lights went out.

When the lights came back, Undertaker was in the ring standing before Heyman, who backed down, reminding him he’s only an advocate for Lesnar. Brock’s music came on and he rushed to the ring to go at Taker. They traded punches for a bit, until security ran out to try to separate them. They broke free several times to return to their fight.

Eventually, a mass of locker room guys came rushing out to pull them apart. Brock and Taker kept breaking free still to keep fighting and throwing punches at each other. Eventually they held the two apart going into commercial break.

Backstage, wrestlers were still holding Lesnar back. Suddenly, Taker showed up and was able to hit Brock. Lesnar jumped on top of Taker and wrestlers had to once again pull them apart. Lesnar yelled he was going to kill Taker. He ended up backed against a wall with police officers telling him to calm down. He tore his shirt off. Truth told the cops to stand back and leave him alone, the cops told him they were there to help. Lesnar put his wrists out and they tied them before leading Lesnar away.

Backstage HHH and Stephanie talked about not pressing charges. HHH said he just wanted the two of them to calm down. Seth Rollins came in and said that was crazy. He said it’s good he didn’t go out and give those two a piece of his mind because he might have lost his temper. He asked to go out and address the fans and HHH and Stephanie said sure.

On the outside, Wyatt got in Reigns’ way, but Reigns punched I’m down. Reigns got back in the ring but Wyatt yanked him out to cause a DQ. Post-match, Ambrose went after Wyatt. Wyatt ran Ambrose into the timekeeper’s area. Harper put a crossface on Reigns. Ambrose managed to recover and went after the two heels. Wyatt gained control and set up for Sister Abigail on Ambrose, but Reigns came back with a Superman punch to prevent it. The two faces stood tall to end the segment.

Seth Rollins came out to boast about how whatever challenger has come his way, he’s still managed to hold onto the WWE title. He said it’s not the means that matters, but the end result and he is still champion. John Cena came out to interrupt and talked about Rollins being a conniving, slimy weasel-faced suckup who was a poor excuse for champion. Rollins talked trash about Cena having the US title challenges and said the fans hate him. He told Cena not to talk down to him because he’s not a boy, but the World Heavyweight Champion. Cena eventually asked Rollins if he was ready to man up right now. He took off shirt and so did Rollins, but then Rollins smiled and left the ring. Cena got on the mic and yelled the champ is here as he held up the title belt.

Sasha Banks and Naomi defeated Paige and Becky Lynch via submission. Late in the match, Paige had the PTO on Naomi, but Sasha came in and kicked Paige. Rusev said to Lana she seems tired and like she needs rest. He laughed as he walked off. Summer slapped Lana.
