Raw Preview 01/16/12

Last week's episode of Raw saw a vicious attack by Kane to end the show.  During the main event match between John Cena and Dolph Ziggler, Kane attacked Zack Ryder back on the loading dock outside the arena.  Cena went to try to save Ryder, but was too late, as Ryder was tossed off the dock.  Cena then was grabbed by Kane and choked out until he passed out to end the show.  What will the status be for Cena and Ryder when tonight's show goes live?

Also on last week's Raw, fans saw Chris Jericho arrive out to the ring once again.  However, he has yet to say anything regarding his return to the WWE.  Instead, Jericho continues to pose and celebrate with the fans, letting actions speak louder than words.  Is this all an attempt to mock the fans, or does Jericho have something big in store for this coming Monday Night Raw?

Not only will Cena, Ryder, Jericho and Kane be among the superstars to watch, but the rest of the Raw roster will be looking to impress.  This year's Royal Rumble is less than 2 weeks away, and there will be 30 competitors in the big match.  Members of the WWE Raw roster will need to show their best stuff to the GM John Laurinaitis so they can secure a spot.  Meanwhile, CM Punk and Dolph Ziggler will continue to prepare for their WWE Championship bout at the Rumble.  Will these two stars be in matches tonight?
