Rey Mysterio started off the show by denying that he was the assailant who attacked Undertaker. Drew McIntyre came out to intterupt, asking Rey "how could you do that to Undertaker?" McIntyre then told Rey he'd take him out like he did to Christian last week. Rey accepted Drew's challenge for a match later on in the show.
Cody Rhodes defeated Matt Hardy
Smackdown GM Teddy Long reminded LayCool that they could only have one belt and would have to give up the other. McCool gave hers up and then an argument started. Eventually they broke the other belt in half, similar to their BFF charms.
Dolph Ziggler beat Kofi Kingston to become the new Intercontinental Champion. Vickie Guerrero helped him win, causing Kofi to go bezerk again taking out Ziggler post-match.
They announced a new Summerslam PPV Match: The Big Show will take on Straight Edge Society in a match.
They showed CM Punk backstage getting his crew ready for their upcoming six man tag match.
Straight Edge Society won by pinfall over Chris Masters, JTG and MVP. Gallows scored the winning pin on MVP.
In the main event, Rey Mysterio was able to defeat Drew McIntyre by a rollup pinfall. Kane came to the ring with a casket for Rey. Mysterio avoided Kane as he tried to put him into the casket. Rey then said it wasn't him who attacked Undertaker, but it was Kane. Smackdown ended with Kane staring up at the ceiling.
