John Cena came out to intervene, saying just because Rollins has a mic doesn’t give him testicles. He ends up asking Jericho to book them in a rematch tonight so Jericho does and makes it a cage match. Cena agrees and leaves. Chris Jericho vs. Paul Heyman ended in a non contest. Jericho made his way to the ring and then Heyman. Heyman tried to bring out his checkbook to pay Jericho the $200 he owes him from ECW. Jericho slapped it away and said he doesn’t want his money, he wants to see what fans voted for their match to be. They looked at results and it was a Street fight.

Heyman said he doesn’t understand why Jericho thinks it’s fair to be in a fight with…Brock Lesnar! Lesnar’s music hits and he arrived out with no championship belt. He circled the ring and got in to go face to face with Jericho. Y2J went at him with forearm strikes and then tried for a Codebreaker, but Lesnar grabbed him and hit the F5 to lay out Jericho. Luke set up the ladder in the ring and made a climb but Dolph rushed into the ring to shove the ladder over to the ropes. Luke came back with a big boot to knock Ziggler down. Ziggler made another save later into the match with Harper responding by knocking him down and shoving a ladder onto him.

Later still, Dolph was on the outside and stood up with a ladder. Harper dove out of the ring and crashed into the ladder to take down Ziggler. Harper started to clutch his left arm with JBL saying he may have broken it. Harper continued to hold the arm and made a save moments later to knock Ziggler off a ladder in the ring.

Both guys punched each other off the ladder at one point. Ziggler was bleeding on the face, with Harper bleeding on his arm. A bit later, Harper set up for a powerbomb but Dolph countered and drove him face first into a ladder on the mat. Dolph made the climb with Harper grabbing his leg towards the end. The finale saw Ziggler get on one ladder and drive it over against Harper into the ladder under the belt. Dolph jumped onto the ladder and started a climb. At one point, The Usos had control, but Miz left the ring to get his stolen Slammy and the belt to leave the scene. Mizdow followed him. Rollins said he doesn't need a pin or submission tonight just to smash Cena through a table like he's been doing the past few weeks. He said he will stop at nothing until Cena brings The Authority back.

Erick Rowan vs. Big Show - Stairs Match

Show dominated most of the match, but Rowan countered a move at one point and backdropped Show onto the bottom of the steel stairs in the ring. Cole said Show hadn’t moved sine that happened. Rowan picked up the other half of the steps and then got up on the ropes to jump off with the steps. Show rolled out of the way in time but still got caught on his side. King said the stairs bounced back and hit Rowan in the head.

John Cena vs. Seth Rollins - Tables Match

A stipulation was included for this match that should Cena lose, he will lose his #1 contender status for the WWE World Heavyweight Title. Rollins was introduced first and accompanied by J&J security. Cena was out next. Paul Heyman had also come to watch from ringside, scouting things for Brock Lesnar. Cena got the early advantage taking Rollins down to the mat. Several times early on, Cena brought a table in, with J&J trying to yank it out. The second time Cena shoved the table to cause them to hit the crowd barrier. Cena had the table in the corner and was about to put Rollins through but J&J got involved to stop Cena and moved the table out of the ring, allowing Rollins to recover.

Cena got in control again and hit the Five Knuckle Shuffle. He set up for the AA, but J&J came in to take him down then helped Rollins beat him up some. They tried to pick up Cena to smash through the table but he countered and then beat up Noble up the ramp. Cena grabbed a guard rail from near the ramp to hit down Noble, Mercury and Rollins. He suplexed Noble onto the guardrail, with Mercury coming over to hit cent head first against tables.

Cena tried to fight off Mercury and Rollins, with Rollins getting the apprehend. he set up two tables outside the ring and then got on the apron to try to suplex Cena out. Cena blocked it twice and then suplexed Rollins back in the ring. Later still, Cena got control and had Rollins in the AA near a table. He accidentally hit the referee down and he fell to the outside. Cena ended up fighting Rollins on the corner and hitting an AA through the table but there was no ref to see it. J&J rushed back in to attack Cena and cleared out the table debris, then set up another in the corner for Rollins.

Cena fought them all off and then hit an AA with both Mercury and Noble on his shoulders through the table. Rollins got back in, and he and Cena battled on the apron with the two tables set up next to the ring. The two ended up shoving each other off the apron together and crashing through the tables, just as the ref saw it. He called for the bell with the commentators confused over what happened.

Two other refs came in to try to help decide the winner with one saying it was Cena the other say it was Rollins. The legal ref told Lillian to restart the match since he couldn’t determine a winner. Rollins quickly attacked Cena and dove out of the ring onto him. Cena recovered and slammed Rollins onto the announcers table, causing him to knock Cole down. JBL checked on Cole who wasn’t talking. JBL’s headset appeared broken too.

Big Show appeared and walked down the ramp towards the ring. He got in the ring and tossed part of a table out, then attacked Cena with headsets and other big moves. He set up for a move to chokeslam Cena, but suddenly Roman Reigns’ theme music hit and he came walking down through the crowd. Reigns got in the ring and punched back at Big Show who head butted him away. Reigns responded with the Superman punch and then speared Show through a table in the corner. Rollins brought his MITB case in and Reigns ducked it, then hit a Superman punch on him. Cena grabbed a stumbling Rollins to AA through the table nearby for the big win.

Cena celebrated and looked out at Heyman who nodded back at him, realizing Cena will meet Lesnar at Royal Rumble in January.

Winner: John Cena won the tables match against Seth Rollins to retain his #1 Contender Status for the WWE World Heavyweight title.

AJ Lee vs. Nikki Bella - Divas Championship Match

Brie Bella was ringside for her sister. At one point, AJ had the pin near the ropes, but Brie put Nikki's leg on the ropes. The ref caught it and yelled at Brie to leave ringside. As he was arguing with Brie, Nikki retrieved some sort of spray from inside her boot and sprayed AJ in the face. That set up the Rack Attack for the pinfall win.

Winner: Nikki Bella defeated AJ Lee via pinfall to retain the Divas Championship.

Roman Reigns had a backstage interview saying he vowed to come back and make impact. He said spearing Big Show through a table and punching Rollins in the mouth, that was impact. He said if fans think he did damage at the Royal Rumble last year, just wait until they see this year, because that will be impact. Believe that.

Ryback vs. Kane - Chairs Match

At one point, Kane threw a bunch of chairs into the ring and attempted a chokeslam. Ryback blocked it and dumped Kane onto the set of one of the chairs. Ryback was able to bash Kane repeatedly with a chair at one point. He set up for the Meathook Clothesline but as he rushed forward, Kane threw the chair at his face to knock Ryback down.

Kane managed to hit a chokeslam moments later, but Ryback was able to kick out. Ryback recovered, hit the Meathook Clothesline and got the pinfall win.

Winner: Ryback won via pinfall over Kane in the chairs match.

Jack Swagger vs. Rusev - US Championship Match

Swagger had the Ankle Lock but Rusev rolled through to counter it, tossing Swagger down. Rusev got on his back for the Accolade with Swagger putting an arm to the mat to try to block it. He struggled a bit and eventually got to the ropes. However, Rusev yanked him back to center ring and put the hold on again. Swagger looked about to pass out, but fought back and got to his feet, then was able to turn it into another Ankle Lock. Rusev struggled with it and finally was able to get to the ropes.

On the outside of the ring, Rusev managed to deliver a big boot to Swagger to knock him down. Back in the ring, another big boot took down Swagger. Rusev put on The Accolade again and this time Swagger lightly tapped out giving Rusev the win.

Winner: Rusev won via submission over Jack Swagger to retain the United States Championship.

Dean Ambrose vs. Bray Wyatt - TLC Match

At one point, Bray knocked Dean back onto a ladder in the ring, then hit the running Senton Bomb on him for a near fall. He put a rest hold on Ambrose for a bit using a a kendo stick in his mouth. Dean stood up but Wyatt chopped him back down with the stick, then set up a ladder in the corner to whip Ambrose against. Wyatt extended his arms and rushed from corner towards the ladder but Dean moved aside for Wyatt to run into it.

Later, Ambrose set Wyatt up on a table on the ramp, then climbed a mid-sized ladder to sit on top of. He jumped off with an elbow drop to smash through Wyatt through a table. Dean set up another table and put Wyatt on it, then climbed an even bigger ladder to do another big elbow drop off and smash Bray through the table. The fans chanted “one more time” after.

Wyatt went for Sister Abigail at one point, with Ambrose countering for a near fall. He threw Wyatt into a ladder in the corner, then hit Dirty Deeds for a near fall of his own. Moments later, Dean noticed something on a tablet screen near ringside. He got a weird look on his face and walked up towards the stage to get the biggest ladder on the set and bring it down to set up in front of the Spanish announcers table. Wyatt was back up and started to attack using a chair on Dean. Wyatt tried to throw Dean towards the steps with a chair against his throat. Dean blocked it and did it to Bray instead.

With Bray down on the Spanish announce table, Dean climbed to the top of the ladder. He paused for a moment then did the elbow drop from off the top to crash through Wyatt and the announce table. Both guys were down as refs rushed in to check on them.

The finish saw Ambrose take a monitor he had laying near the side of the ring. He tried to rush forward with it to hit Wyatt but it was stuck to the wires and exploded with sparks flying, blinding Ambrose. Wyatt grabbed him for a quick Sister Abigail to win it.

Winner: Bray Wyatt defeated Dean Ambrose via pinfall in a TLC match.

CM Punk defeated The Shield via pinfall in a 3-on-1 handicap match.  Late in the match, Punk tried for GTS on Ambrose, but he managed to escape it.  Reigns got into the ring and went for a running Spear.  Punk moved aside causing Reigns to spear Ambrose, which led to Punk getting the win.

AJ Lee defeated Natalya via pinfall to retain the Divas Championship.  Natalya had the Sharpshooter on at one point which AJ managed to break out of.  AJ put the Black Widow on Natalya, but she got free of that.  Natalya went for another Sharpshooter but AJ turned it into a pinfall which she secured for the victory.

Big E Langston defeated Damien Sandow via pinfall to retain the Intercontinental Championship.  Langston was able to gain control of the match when he hit the electric chair on his opponent.  He followed with clotheslines and a belly-to-belly suplex, then a running splash.  Later on, Sandow was able to get his boots up as Langston charged at him.  Langston followed right up with a big clothesline, then hit The Big Ending for the win.

The Rhodes Brothers defeated Big Show and Rey Mysterio via pinfall to retain the WWE tag team championship.  The first team eliminated was Ryback and Curtis Axel, with Goldust making the pin on Ryback.  Next up, Big Show eliminated Real Americans after pinning Cesaro.  Late in the match, Cody dove out onto Show who caught him.  On the outside, Cody ran Show into the ring post, then went to the top rope and jumped at Mysterio, but Mysterio was able to turn it into a powerbomb for a near fall.  Later, Rhodes went for the CrossRhodes, but Mysterio avoided it.  Moments later, Cody hit CrossRhodes on Mysterio and scored the winning pinfall.  Post-match, Show, Mysterio, Rhodes and Goldust all shook hands and hugged as good sports.

R-Truth defeated Brodus Clay via pinfall.  Late in the match, Clay got in an argument with Tensai on the outside of the ring.  Clay put Truth in the ring, then tangled him up in the ropes.  He ran and hit Truth with his knees.  Tensai got on the apron to untie Truth.  Clay said to him "Come on, I'm a main event player," then added "I'm better than you."  That was enough to make Tensai walk off, with The Funkadactyls following him.  R-Truth took advantage with a big kick to Brodus' face and then the pinfall.

Kofi Kingston defeated The Miz via pinfall in a No DQ match.  Late in this contest, Miz hit a clothesline on Kofi in the corner, then went up top.  He jumped off but Kingston connected on a kick.  Later on, Miz ran into one of the turnbuckles he had exposed earlier.  Kofi followed with Trouble in Paradise to get the win.

The Wyatt Family defeated Daniel Bryan via pinfall in a 3-on-1 handicap match.  Bray Wyatt started the match sitting out in his rocking chair as Harper and Rowan faced Bryan.  About four minutes into the match, Bray got up and went into the ring to compete.  Late in the match, Bryan was in control after hitting a top rope suplex on Harper.  He delivered Yes! kicks on him, then Erick Rowan.  Bray managed to block the Yes! Lock attempt and then was able to hit Sister Abigail on Bryan for the win.  Post-match, all of the Wyatts posed over Bryan who was down on the mat.

Randy Orton defeated John Cena via pinfall in a TLC match to become the undisputed WWE champion.  About twenty minutes into the match, Orton went to the ringside area and grabbed a pair of handcuffs from under the mats/padding on the floor.  He put the handcuffs on Cena's arm and tied him to the bottom rope.  Orton then showed him the key and threw it out into the crowd.  He went out and grabbed a large ladder to set up in the center of the ring.  Cena eventually got the bottom rope undone and was able to climb with it up to the top of the ladder where he fought with Orton.  He knocked Orton off and tried to grab the titles.  Orton grabbed the hanging rope that Cena was attached to and eventually yanked him down through a table in the corner of the ring.  From there, Orton climbed back up the ladders and got his hands on both belts as Cena was down.  Orton undid the two belts and won the match.

Post-match, Vince McMahon, Triple H and Stephanie all arrived down to the ring to applaud Orton's big win.  Stephanie hugged him and HHH shook his hand, as did Vince.  Orton held both title belts up above his head as Cena shook his head, frustrated at the loss.

CM Punk won the Extreme Moment Slammy for beating up Paul Heyman up on Hell in a Cell cage after his match against Ryback.  Punk arrived out to get the award, still nuring his sore ribs from the previous attack by Reigns.  He thanked the fans for voting for him and also Heyman for being "one hell of a target."

Bret Hart was introduced by Lawler and Booker to present Match of the Year award.  The Rock vs. John Cena at Wrestlemania 29 won it, with Cena coming out to accept it.  He said some fans might feel differently about this match, but some of them must feel the same way because they voted for it.

Natalya defeated Tamina via submission.  The match went just over a minute and a half, with chaos happening towards the end as Tamina picked up Natalya for a bodyslam and inadvertantly knocking AJ off the apron.  Natalya put on the Sharpshooter for the win.

The Ascension Ceremony was held to close the show, where former champions would be on hand to witness the last time the WWE and World Heavyweight Championships would be seen before being unified this Sunday at TLC PPV.  Triple H and Stephanie came to the ring for it, where former champions including Mysterio, Miz, Mark Henry, Bryan, Khali, CM Punk, Mick Foley, Kane, Bret Hart, Shawn Michaels, Booker T, Big Show, Del Rio, Christian and Ziggler were assembled.

The two title belts were fastened on holders in the center of the ring to be raised up above.  Cena and Orton both had time to speak about their thoughts on the upcoming match and each other, with Cena bringing attention to Daniel Bryan and how he plans to give him a fair rematch for the title should he win this Sunday.  Cena offered Orton a handshake and Orton shook his hand, but then took a cheap shot.  The two were pulled apart, although Punk through some strikes at Orton.  Triple H grabbed Punk from behind and threw him down to the mat.  Punk got up and knocked HHH down, but then HBK hit Sweet Chin Music on him.

Bryan ran over and hit the running knees on HBK.  Orton tried for an RKO on Bryan, but Bryan avoided it, shoving him away into Stephanie McMahon.  Steph looked like she was hurt, so HHH went to check on her, before hitting a Pedigree on Orton.  Cena helped up Stephanie along with Triple H and Kane.  The crowd chanted for Bryan.  Orton backed into a corner, with Cena standing with HHH, Steph and Kane looking at him.  The announcers signed off reminding fans to watch TLC PPV on Sunday.

Raw Results 12/02/13

Raw Results from Oklahoma City, OK:

The show opened with CM Punk coming to the ring to discuss being attacked by Shield.  He suggested it was because of what he said about Triple H, but then said he wants no part of The Authority and just wants to be in his own world.  Stephanie McMahon came out to address Punk and said they had nothing to do with Shield's attack.  She and Punk bantered a bit, then Kane came out.  Punk challenged him to come to the ring, but Stephanie told Kane to calm down.  Kane reiterated that The Authority wasn't behind Shield's attack.  He then informed Punk he'll face Shield 1-on-3 at TLC PPV.

Cole said there's a guarantee that one man will emerge from TLC as the sole champion, after he climbs the ladder and grabs both belts. They revealed that today's poll is about what the new champion at TLC will be called, Unified Champion, Undisputed Champion or Undisputed World Champion.

Damien Sandow defeated Dolph Ziggler via pinfall to become new #1 contender for the IC title.  Sandow survived a near fall after a Fameasser from Ziggler late.  He came back moments later to hit the You're Welcome full-nelson slam, then secured the winning pinfall.  Sandow will go on to face Big E Langston at TLC pay-per-view in two weeks.

The Bella Twins & Natalya defeated AJ Lee, Tamina & Summer Rae via pinfall.  For most of the match, AJ was skipping around the ring as her tag partners fought the "Total Divas" girls.  Eventually, Summer Rae & Tamina made a comeback, but they couldn't get the win.  AJ got into the ring at one point, but Natalya rolled her up for the quick pin.  AJ got up after the pin and went back to skipping around the ring after.

They announced that Daniel Bryan will face Erick Rowan in singles action tonight, after The Wyatt Family kidnapped Bryan last week.

Daniel Bryan defeated Erick Rowan via pinfall.  Late in the match, Bryan hit a missile dropkick, then landed multiple Yes! kicks to Rowan's chest.  He went for the running knee, but Rowan blocked it.  Rowan hit a big boot in the corner, then went for a press-slam, but Bryan slipped out of it and rolled him up for a quick pinfall.

Post-match, Harper and Rowan shoved each other a bit, frustrated at the loss.  They were interrupted by the video glitch and blackout, with Bray Wyatt appearing on the screen.  He told them stand down, then addressed Bryan saying he misunderstood him, and viewed him wrong.  He said he sees the monster inside Bryan and believes they can be a force to bring The Machine to its knees.  He told Bryan to open his eyes, then the feed cut out before Raw's break.

They showed Daniel Bryan looking around backstage for someone.  He bumped into Kane, who told him that he'll be in a handicap match at the TLC PPV against all three of the Wyatts.  Kane said "Yes Yes Yes" before leaving, while Bryan thought over his strategy.

R-Truth & Xavier Woods defeated Tons of Funk via pinfall.  Late in the match, Clay hit a corner splash on Woods, then went to the second rope for another.  Woods avoided the splash attempt, then secured a roll-up pinfall on Clay for the win.  Post-match, Truth grabbed Xavier to yank him out of the ring as an angry Brodus Clay shoved Tensai.  Clay calmed down a bit after he realized he messed up.

Sin Cara defeated Alberto Del Rio via pinfall.  Sin Cara made his return to WWE TV after several weeks away.  In the late part of the match, Del Rio went for the enziguiri in the corner, but Sin Cara ducked.  Cara hit a splash off the top rope before pinning Del Rio to get the win.  Sin Cara celebrated with the crowd, as Del Rio recovered outside the ring.

Backstage, Renee Young interviewed John Cena.  He spoke about becoming unified WWE champion, and mentioned legends from the past such as Ric Flair, or Hulk Hogan.  He said it would mean everything to him to become Unified WWE Champion now.

The Shield cut a promo from a dimly-lit area talking about CM Punk, then said to "believe in the Shield."

The Shield defeated The Rhodes Bros. & Big Show via pinfall.  Late in the match, Big Show got speared onto the floor by Reigns.  Cody splashed onto Reigns on the outside, but appeared to have hurt his arm or shoulder.  Ambrose and Goldust went at it in the ring with Goldust trying for the superplex onto Rollins.  Rollins moved away as Goldust hit the Superplex, then quickly rolled him up for a pinfall to win it.

Renee Young interviewed CM Punk backstage about having to face The Shield 1-on-3 at TLC PPV.  He started to get excited talking about it, wondering which creative genius came up with the idea.  He sang some music from "West Side Story," then got more serious and said he's going down, and taking the Shiled with him.

Ryback & Curtis Axel defeated The Miz and Kofi Kingston.  During the match, Miz managed to escape from Ryback, before tagging in Kofi.  Kofi ducked a clothesline, and Miz ended up getting hit by it from Ryback.  A bit of chaos ensued, then Ryback hit Shell Shock on Kofi for the pinfall win.  Post-match, the heels left the ring.  Miz helped Kofi to his feet, then slapped him in the face, before leaving the ring.  Kofi asked "Are you kidding me?" as he looked out of the ring and the announcers said the two competitors were trying to help each other become better.

Mark Henry defeated Fandango via pinfall.  Fandango went off the top rope towards the end with a big splash, with Henry trying to catch him, but instead Fandango fell on him for a near fall.  Moments after that, Fandango fell into Henry's arms for the World's Strongest Slam.  Post-match, Henry danced towards Summer Rae who refused the advances.

The Real Americans defeated Prime Time Players via pinfall.  Late in this one, Cesaro was doing his spin move on Titus, when Zeb Colter got on the apron and told Cesaro to stop or Titus might puke.  Cesaro did and Titus stumbled over to tag in Young.  Young came in and started to clean house, but when he went for a move off the top rope, Cesaro hit the European Uppercut on him, then pinned him.

There were tables, ladders and chairs around the ring for the official Cena vs. Orton unified title match contract signing.  Stephanie McMahon and Triple H arrived out to the ring first to discuss that there will be one winner and one undisputed, unified champion.  She added that they "guarantee it."

The two current champions, WWE champ Orton and World Champ Cena, were both introduced and came out to sign the contract in the ring at a table.  They each got time to speak, with Cena's statements being about how HHH originally hand picked Orton to be his next star in line, but Orton got lazy, and Cena took his spot.  Cena said he's the first to arrive and last to leave each day.  He said Orton believes he's entitled to everything because of family history, but Cena works for what he's achieved.  He said if Orton gets anything from him at TLC, he'll have to earn it.  Cena then challenged Orton to leave or make a move now.

Orton tried to knock the table onto Cena, but Cena avoided it and tackled Orton down.  The fight spilled out of the ring.  Cena got a ladder shot to Orton's shoulder.  Moments later, after recovering from an Orton series of headbutts, Cena hit him in the gut with a steel chair a few times.  Back in the ring, Orton recovered to knock Cena down with a ladder shot to the face.  Orton prepared for a follow up move but Cena was able to get out of the way and sent him through a table in the corner of the ring.  He concluded with an Attitude Adjustment through another table, before grabbing both title belts to pose like Orton did at the end of last week's Raw.

The Shield defeated Rey Mysterio & The Rhodes Brothers via pinfall in a six-man tag match.  Dean Ambrose hit his finisher on Cody Rhodes for the win.

Miz TV featured Miz interviewing Titus O'Neil pretending to be former NFL star Michael Strahan.  The real Strahan came out to the ring and told Miz his jokes were weak.  Strahan announced a main event tag match of Big Show and Cena versus Del Rio and Orton.  At one point Miz and Titus each tried a hip toss on Strahan with no success. Strahan hit a hip toss on Miz, before doing a dance with Titus and hip tossing him.  Eventually Miz and Titus were back up and hugged Strahan, before all three did the "Millions of Dollars" dance in a strange segment.

Big E Langston & Mark Henry defeated Ryback and Curtis Axel via pinfall.  Henry hit World's Strongest Slam on Axel for the win.

The Bella Twins & Eva Marie won a 7-on-7 divas Survivor Series rematch.  It came down to Summer Rae versus the Bella Twins and Eva Marie.  Summer danced a bit, then Nikki ultimately hit a backbreaker after putting Summer up in the torture rack to get the pinfall win.

Damien Sandow defeated Dolph Ziggler in a Hamptons Hardcore match via pinfall.  The match featured various weapons in the ring such as golf clubs, tennis rackets and trash cans.  Late in the match, Ziggler hit a DDT of Sandow onto a chair, but Sandow kicked out of the pinfall, then managed to hit the You're Welcome on a trash can for the pinfall victory.

They had a segment backstage with Santino talking to Michael Strahan when one of the Wyatt Family showed up with the sheep mask on.  He handed a sheep mask to Strahan who put it on.  They looked at each other, then at the camera and back at each other.  Rowan walked off, so Strahan took the mask off.  Santino made some sort of joke about Halloween and Thanksgiving, telling Strahan to cook a turkey, throw it away and nibble on the mask.

They had an in-ring interview with CM Punk and Daniel Bryan which led to a 3-on-2 handicap match against The Wyatt Family.  During the interview, Punk quipped about Triple H and said he (Punk) and Bryan could face any number of opponents together and still come out on top.

CM Punk & Daniel Bryan fought The Wyatt Family to a double disqualification.  Late in the match, all five of the superstars got into a brawl in the ring, forcing the ref to call for the bell to end the match.  Punk was hurt inside the ring, while Wyatt Family beat up Bryan ringside.  Rowan eventually put Bryan up on his shoulder to carry backstage.  CM Punk finally got up and started towards the ramp, but Roman Reigns appeared out of nowhere to spear him.  The three members of Shield triple powerbombed him in the ring to finish things off.

The Miz defeated Kofi Kingston via pinfall.  Early on Kofi extended a handshake, but both men ended up slapping each other in the face.  The finish saw Miz make a come back and eventually hook Kofi's arms for the pinfall.

Xavier Woods defeated Heath Slater via pinfall.  The match lasted just over three minutes.  R-Truth and The Funkadactyls were at ringside for Woods while the rest of 3MB were also there.

John Cena was backstage talking with tonight's guest host Michael Strahan before heading out for the main event.

John Cena & The Big Show defeated Alberto Del Rio and Randy Orton via submission.  Late in the match, Cena got a hot tag from Big Show.  Cena went at it with Del Rio, who gained the upperhand on a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker.  Del Rio went for the cross armbreaker, but Cena managed to avoid that and countered it into an STF making Del Rio tap out.

Post-match, Cena checked on Big Show who had sustained a Superkick from Del Rio and a DDT from Orton during the match.  Del Rio kicked away on Cena all of a sudden and tried for his armbreaker again, but Cena avoided it to hit the AA.  However, as Cena got back up, Orton smashed him down with the WWE title belt.  Orton went to ringside to grab Cena's World Heavyweight belt.  The show closed with Orton posing over Cena holding both belts up as if he was the only champion.

Raw Results 12/10/12

Raw Results from Newark, NJ:

Raw opened with a video package showing the big storylines of the past few weeks.  They include Ryback seeking revenge on The Shield and John Cena's situation with AJ and Dolph Ziggler.

Dolph Ziggler was introduced to start the show, already in the ring at the top of a ladder with his blue briefcase hanging right above him.  Dolph talked about Cena's failed attempts to win a championship, but then said Vince McMahon is playing Santa Claus by giving Cena a shot at his MITB briefcase.  Dolph told Cena it won't be a "Merry Christmas," because he'll be the coal in his stocking.  Dolph vowed to defeat Cena on Sunday, and then cash in his MITB contract to become greatest World Champion of all time.  That prompted Sheamus to come out to interrupt.

Sheamus said to win the title Dolph is going to have to cash in on him to win the championship, but first he has to defeat Cena and he doesn't believe that will happen.  Sheamus said sometime down the road it'll be Cena vs him for the World Championship.  Big Show's music hit and he arrived out to the ramp to interject, saying Dolph and Sheamus are both delusional.  He said Dolph can try to cash in on him, but he'll knock him right out.  Show and Sheamus reminded each other how they can't have physical contact ahead of their match Sunday.  Sheamus said he can still have physical contact with "someone else" and then tipped the ladder over, causing Dolph to hit the top rope crotch-first and hit the outside.

Mr. McMahon was shown walking backstage.  Lawler said he thinks he's on his way out there.

After break, Vince danced out onto the ramp, then announced Big Show vs. John Cena for later on.  He introduced the managing supervisor of Raw, Vickie Guerrero, asking the crowd to give her props for making the match.  Vince then asked Vickie for another match to be scheduled for Sheamus.  He asked her to give an opponent, but she couldn't come up with one, so he whispered into her ear.  She blurted out "Dolph Ziggler?"  He asked for a third main event match, and Vickie said she had a good idea, "AJ in a handicap match."  The crowd booed, and Vince said "AJ in a match..against, against.." then said "Let's make it monumental, let's make it Vickie Guerrero!"  The crowd went wild as Vince then said "Now let's tell the Truth."  R-Truth's music hit as he came out onto the ramp for the match.

R-Truth defeated Wade Barrett via pinfall.  Kofi Kingston and Antonio Cesaro were on commentary, scouting their upcoming TLC opponents.  Barrett gained control late after kicking Truth in the gut.  From there he tried to lift up Truth for a Gutwrench Powerbomb, but Truth slipped out then ran against the ropes.  He jumped up with a scissors around Barrett's midsection, turning it into a sitting pinfall for the big win.  Post-match, he rolled to the outside and slammed the commentary table, causing Cesaro to stand up and start yelling.  Meanwhile, Kofi got up on the corner and hit a flying crossbody on Barrett to make a statement.  Cesaro and Barrett both glared out at the ramp where Kofi and Truth were celebrating.

Backstage, AJ was excited as she told a WWE staff Mr. McMahon gave her a match against Vickie tonight.  She saw Aksana next, who asked if she's told John yet, and AJ said no, but nearly tackled Kaitlyn.  She said she was going to find John to tell him.  Kaitlyn said he's over in the locker room, so AJ walked over and just barged in.  Cena had no shirt on and was talking to a few other guys who rushed off as AJ hugged Cena.  She was talking fast.  Cena suggested they go somewhere other than the men's locker room and escorted AJ out, then made the "she's acting crazy" face to someone off camera.

Team Rhodes Scholars won a tag team elimination match to enter a #1 contender's match at TLC PPV.  Primo and Epico were eliminated first by pinfall as one of The Uso's hit the Superfly Splash to secure it.  Titus came in with a quick clothesline and did his dog bark before a break.  After commercial, Cole noted they were down to two tems.  During break, Uso's hit another Splash on D-Young to eliminate PTP's.  It came down to Sandow/Rhodes vs. The Uso's.  After some distraction from Sandow, and Cody eluding a move from The Uso's he hit Cross Rhodes for the pinfall win, to win the tag team elimination match.  They'll be in a tables match against Mysterio/Sin Cara at TLC on Sunday.

Eve Torres defeated Alicia Fox via pinfall in a non-title match.  Alicia was dominating the match and tried to pin Eve multiple times with no success.  Late in the match, Eve yanked Alicia off the corner causing her to fall to the mat, then followed up with her swinging neckbreaker for the win.  Post-match, Eve posed with her championship belt, having a photographer come into the ring to take pics of her with the belt and Alicia laying on the mat.

CM Punk came out on crutches with Paul Heyman.  He said this injury is real life, not an attempt to duck Ryback in another WWE title match.  Punk talked about how this happens when you defend the title as much as he has over the length of time he's held it.  He spoke about defeating Ryback twice, and saying his next match will be another defense, against The Rock at the Royal Rumble.  They talked about how Punk doesn't have a stunt double, and Rock isn't there to even talk about the match because he's busy with a movie.  Punk said Rock only gets one shot at him with the Rumble.

Sheamus defeated Dolph Ziggler due to disqualification.  Late in the match, Sheamus blocked Dolph's sleeper attempt, but was unable to hit White Noise.  Sheamus went for a Cloverleaf submission, with Ziggler able to get to the ropes.  After more fighting, Sheamus hit his Irish Curse backbreaker for a near fall.  He prepared for a Brogue Kick with Ziggler escaping the ring.  Sheamus went to the outside, but Ziggler hit him with a chair, causing the DQ.  Post-match, Ziggler got in the ring to smash the chair on Sheamus.  He goes for another attempt, but Sheamus hits the Brogue Kick sending the chair towards Ziggler's face.  Ziggler falls to the outside and heads up the ramp.

Backstage, Vickie was in her ring gear preparing for her match.  Hornswoggle and Khali walked in, with Vickie mentioning she was feeling a little tight.  They started helping to stretch her out, forming a compromising position.  Mr. McMahon walked in and saw them, then said "I thought this was supposed to be a family show."  He walked off and Vickie screamed at Hornswoggle and Khali to get off her.

Alberto Del Rio defeated Zack Ryder via submission.  Del Rio put on the Cross Armbreaker to get the win late, after Ryder missed on his Broski Boot attempt.

Vickie Guerrero defeated AJ Lee via pinfall.  AJ came out first followed by Vickie.  Vickied demanded a referee, and then Brad Maddox came walking down the ramp from backstage.  The crowd booed him.  AJ looked puzzled and then walked up to Maddox to confront him.  They talked back and forth and then Maddox called for the bell.  Vickie attacked from behind, getting the upperhand.  She slapped AJ around and tossed her around a few times.  AJ finally got that crazy look in her eyes and tackled Vickie down to keep attacking.  AJ hit a huge slap to knock Vickie back onto the mat, then took the pinfall, but Maddox stood around and wouldn't count it.  Vickie grabbed AJ for a quick pinfall which Maddox counted extra fast to give her the win.  The two escaped up the ramp with Maddox raising Vickie's arm at the top of the ramp.  Post-match, AJ went crazy pounding the mat, and then tossing stuff around outside the ring like chairs and ladders.  She also slapped Justin Roberts in the face before storming up the ramp.

Antonio Cesaro defeated Kofi Kingston via pinall in a non-title match.  Late in this one, Cesaro blocked the SOS then hit a huge uppercut on the back of Kofi's head.  After a near fall, Kofi missed on a splash from the corner, but then managed to get a kick to the head of Cesaro.  He climbs up on the top rope and goes for a move with Cesario catching him mid-air for a backbreaker.  Cesaro followed with the Neutralizer to get the win.

The Miz had Rhodes Scholars as his guests for MizTV.  During the interview, he made fun of Cody's new mustache.  Sandow insulted Miz as being any sort of talk show host.  He said they will be future tag team champs.  Miz tried to get Sandow and Rhodes into an argument, but Rhodes wouldn't bite.  The two left the ring and stormed off.

Backstage, AJ told Cena she wants to be out there for his match tonight.  Cena said it's not a good idea and he'd feel responsible for her safety.  She agrees to watch from backstage.  Cena walks off to go out for the main event match.

John Cena defeated Big Show due to disqualification in a non-title match.  Dolph Ziggler was ringside on commentary.  Late in the contest, Show hit a chokeslam on Cena for a close fall.  Show prepared for KO punch after, but Cena ducked it and then hit the AA on Show.  Seth Rollins from The Shield rushed into the ring to attack Cena, causing a DQ.

Post-match, Reigns and Ambrose come out from the crowd to help Rollins beat up Cena.  They set up a table to smash Cena through, but Kane's pyro goes off and he comes down to the ring with Daniel Bryan to fight Shield.  Cena gets back up, but Dolph Ziggler attacks him.  Sheamus rushes in to tackle Ziggler down.  Show gets up to try to chokeslam Cena, but Cena speared him through the table instead.

The Shield bring Kane back into the ring while Sheamus and Ziggler fight on the outside.  With the crowd chanting for Ryback, he finally comes to the ring.  He tossed a ladder at Shield and then fights all three guys off.  Kane and Bryan help with the fight, as Cena fights off show.  Raw ends with everyone in a huge fight in the ring.

Raw Preview 12/3/12

On last week's Raw, Ryback had most of his demands met, as he was granted a WWE Championship rematch against CM Punk at the TLC Pay-Per-View.  However, he did not get The Shield as he demanded at the start of the show.  Instead, he had to show up during the final match of the night, as CM Punk had defeated Kane, thanks to The Shield's appearance.  Ryback went on the attack against the trio, only to be beat down once again.  A spear from Reigns was followed by a triple power bomb to leave Ryback down on the mat.  With that, CM Punk stood tall, but the question remains, is Punk connected to The Shield, or are they two separate entities?  Will Ryback get some measure of revenge against them on tonight's show?  Will The Shield even show up?

Also on last week's show, another TLC match was set up as the AJ and John Cena scandal situation continued to boil over thanks to Vickie Guerrero.  This time around, Cena came out to address the WWE Universe, only to be interrupted by Vickie, who gave examples of all of AJ's crazy romantic situations of the past.  AJ came out to address those, claiming she'd learned from the mistakes and moved on, saying she's no longer GM and can have a relationship with whoever she wants on the roster.  Dolph Ziggler came out to add his two cents, claiming that Cena got "riled up" because he knew when AJ was kissing him, she was really thinking of Dolph.  Before a fight could happen, Vickie declared that these two would meet to settle things on Raw.  Cena was victorious and shared a victory kiss with AJ, but will these two continue on as a couple?  What will be next for AJ, Cena, Vickie and Dolph?

The WWE Tag Team Champions had their share of losses in singles matches on last week's show.  In one match, Daniel Bryan lost to Rey Mysterio, while Kane lost to CM Punk in the main event.  To follow that, they were both part of the attack by The Shield.  With Ryback rushing in to try to make a save, will Kane, Ryback and Bryan team up on tonight's show for some tag team action?  Will The Shield finally make their in-ring debut?

Check out tonight's episode of WWE Raw starting at 8PM EST on USA!

New WWE Champion for Early 2012?

The new year 2012 could start off with a bang for Dolph Ziggler, as he's officially booked in a WWE Championship match.  It'll be Dolph Ziggler vs. CM Punk for the hardware, with many speculating that Punk will be dropping the belt.

Punk has held the belt since defeating Alberto Del Rio in a singles match, using the Anaconda Vice.  He successfully defended at TLC this past month after surviving all sorts of tricks and attacks from The Miz, Alberto Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez.

However, the word has been that WWE Raw ratings, particularly for main events, has been suffering lately.  Those events have featured CM Punk, and WWE creative may have decided to switch the belt off him.  With that said, the belt would move to Ziggler, who would become a transitional champion.

That would mean that the guy who would take out Ziggler and get the WWE Championship is everyone's love-hate poster child: John Cena.  Of course, right now Cena is part of a battle with Kane, it would seem.  If Cena should win the title from Ziggler, that would position him to be the champion heading to Wrestlemania 28, when he will have his epic battle with The Rock.

So once again, the WWE Universe may see Dolph Ziggler holding a major title, but not for long.  This seems to cause an interesting grouping of events though, with Kane lurking, CM Punk as a former champion, and John Cena possibly gaining the belt back.  That's not to mention the fact that Alberto Del Rio will be healing from a groin injury and looking to make a comeback.

Wrestling fans, feel free to weigh in on this one:  Who will be holding the WWE Championship after the next episode of Raw: Punk or Ziggler?  Also, who will be the WWE Champion heading into Wrestlemania 28?

Raw Results 12/19/11

WWE Raw Results from Philadelphia, PA:

The show opened with CM Punk arriving out, still the WWE champion.  He introduced two new champions as well, US champ Zack Ryder and the new World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan.  Punk spoke about how they all worked their way from the bottom up, and let Ryder, Bryan also speak.

This brought out the losing heels from last night, Del Rio, The Miz and Ziggler.  They all stormed the ring to attack, causing a big brawl in the ring, then outside.  John Laurinaitis came out to intervene and booked them all in a six-man tag match for later on.

Randy Orton won due to DQ against Wade Barrett.  Orton was setting up for the RKO, but Barrett thumbed him in the eye to cause the DQ finish.  Post-match, Barrett beat up Orton, hitting his new move the Winds of Change.  He then set up a table and hit Wasteland with orton, crashing him through the table.

Cole and Lawler brought up Triple H doing damage to Kevin Nash with a sledgehammer last night.  They said it will take Nash about six weeks to recover, but Lawler said he wouldn't be surprised to never see Nash again.

Alicia Fox defeated Beth Phoenix by pinfall.  Fox was able to gain the upperhand after hitting a neckbreaker, then did a legdrop for a quick pinfall.  Fox seems to be next in line for the WWE Divas title shot.

Sheamus defeated Jinder Mahal by pinfall.  In less than 2 minutes Sheamus hit the Irish Curse backbreaker and then the Celtic Cross for the pinfall victory.

John Cena came out to the ring to discuss the latest happenings, including being attacked by Kane.  He said if it was an accident on Kane's part, they can go separate ways, but if it wasn't he needs to come out and handle business.  Instead, Mark Henry came out to tell Cena to get out of his ring because he's lucky he didn't put him in the Hall of Pain last week.  He said he needs to talk about his injuries and how he lost the title last night.  Suddenly, Kane's pyro hit to bring out the Big Red Monster.

Kane came down to the ring as Henry escaped.  Kane stalked the ring area looking at Henry who said he wasn't scared of him, but he's hurt.  Kane stared Cena down after taking off his welder's mask.  He got in the ring, and Cena unloaded with righ hand shots before clotheslining Kane out of the ring.  Kane landed on his feet and grabbed Cena's foot to yank him out of the ring.

From there, Kane tossed Cena across the announce table, and started punching away on him.  He choked Cena a bit and acted like he was going to rip his face off.  Cena was bleeding from his mouth.  Kane tore up Cena's "Rise Above Hate" shirt and took it.  Cena recovered at the table area as Kane went up the ramp and left for backstage.

Epico and Primo defeated the Usos by pinfall.  Late in the match, Jey got a hot tag before it turned into a brawl.  Epico managed to hit a surprise Backstabber on Jey for the pinfall win.

Cody Rhodes defeated Santino Marella by pinfall.  Rhodes hit the Alabama Slam after avoiding the Cobra by Santino.

Backstage, the Bellas complained to Laurinaitis over how Teddy treated them on the PPV last night.  He said the board is watching Teddy and he wants to wish them a Merry Christmas.  They kissed him on the cheek, with Otunga there approving of it.  Vickie barged in to demand a US title rematch for Ziggler.  Hornswoggle came in next with mistletoe and kissed Vickie, causing her to go into her typical freakout mode.  Everyone left the scene with Vickie throwing a temper tantrum by herself.

Josh Matthews talked to Big Show backstage about winning the title last night and then barely having it, as Daniel Bryan cashed in MITB on him.  Show said he should blame himself for encouraging Bryan to cash in on Henry all those times instead of waiting for WM28.  He gave credit to Bryan for living his dream.  Matthews noted that Big Show has the shortest World title reign in history now.  Show stared at Matthews and seemed sad over it all, before saying "OK" and walking off.

In the main event, CM Punk, Daniel Bryan & Zack Ryder defeated the team of Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler & The Miz by Submission.  Late in the match, the action broke down with Daniel Bryan fighting Del Rio as the legal men.  Del Rio looked ready for his cross armbreaker, but instead Bryan got the Lebell Lock.  Del Rio ultimately tapped out to lose the match.

Post-match, the faces celebrated with their titles, posing for the crowd, as Michael Cole complained about "the power shift" in the WWE.

Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett

Tables Match

Early on, Barrett tried to slide a table into the ring but Orton used it to hit into Wade's face.  The two competitors fought on the outside.  Barrett got the upperhand up on top of the stage where several tables were already set up.  He went for Wasteland, but Orton slid off.  Wade shoved the table down to avoid being smashed through it.

They fought back down to the ring area.  Barrett was able to smash Orton against the ringpost and then off the steel steps.  Barrett remained in control as he rammed Orton against the apron several times on the other side of the ring.  Wade followed up with a huge elbow drop off the corner onto Orton's chest in the ring.  Barrett went for a huge boot to try to kick Orton off the apron through a table, but Orton fell on the apron to avoid it.

Winner: Randy Orton wins the tables match against Wade Barrett.

Backstage, The Bella Twins were with Santa Teddy Long arguing how they were good or bad sister.  They kept arguing over who Santa's favorite is, but Teddy interrupted saying they've both been bad, but since it's a time for giving he has gifts for both of them.  Long gave them each a card with the number to his direct line.

They both slapped him in the face.  Jack Swagger walked in after Bellas left.  Swagger said Teddy was the most ridiculous GM ever, and asked what he's going to do about Mark Henry hitting him on Smackdown.  Sheamus came in wishing Teddy a Merry Christmas and said same to Swagger.  Swagger called Sheamus a "goof," so Sheamus got in his face.  Teddy booked a match between the two of them.

Kelly Kelly vs. Beth Phoenix
WWE Divas Championship Match

Early in the match, Kelly got the advantage after slapping Beth in the face and knocking her out of the ring. However, Beth got control back in the ring as she dropped Kelly on the corner and started the onslaught. Beth stood on Kelly's back near the ropes, then yanked her off the ropes to drop her on the mat. Beth put on a Boston Crab submission to further punish Kelly.

Later, Kelly tried to steal the match with an inside cradel pin, but Beth escaped it. Kelly got her running bulldog move and then smashed Beth's face into the mat repeatedly. Kelly tried to jump from the corner but Beth caught her and then slammed her to the mat. Beth tried three pinfalls but couldn't get it.

Kelly regained control and nearly got her leg drop on Beth's hand. Beth grabbed her for the GlamSlam but Kelly reversed into a Sunset Flip pinfall. Moments later, Beth was able to slam Kelly face forward after Kelly tried to do a legscissors. Beth with the pinfall win to retain.

Winner: Beth Phoenix wins via pinfall over Kelly Kelly to retain the WWE Divas Championship.

Miz came walking up to talk about how they weakned Punk, but now the alliance is off. Del Rio told Miz there never was one, he was using him. Miz talked about how uneventful Del Rio's title reign was, just like the Ravens Superbowl reign. Del Rio called Miz weak and pathetic, talking about how he came from reality TV.

Just then, Ricardo came walking up with a plate of food. Miz smashed it in his face, then shot a look to Del Rio before leaving. Del Rio angrily shoved Rodriguez to the floor.

They had a special video message from the National Guard that was delivered weeks ago.

In the ring, HHH used a ladder to ram into Nash's knee several times to ground him.  Cole brought up that this is why HHH is the Cerebral Assassin.  He continued to smash the ladder on the knee more.  Moments later, HHH closed the ladder around Nash's leg and then locked a Figure Four onto him causing Nash to scream in pain.

HHH set up a ladder in the corner, then picked up the other ladder off Nash's leg.  HHH dropped the ladder onto Nash's leg again.  Somehow, Nash got on his feet and kneed HHH, then whipped him hard into the ladder in the corner.  HHH fell out over the ropes.

Later, Nash had regained control and went to Jackknife HHH on the outside on the announcers table.  Instead, Triple H used his strength to flip Nash onto the commentators table.  HHH got in the ring and set up a ladder, then started the climb.  Nash got back in and stopped him though, regaining control.  Nash got out of the ring and pulled a table out from under the ring to bring in.  He set it up, lowered the straps on his wrestling gear and got HHH, but The Game rammed Nash into the ladder in the corner.

HHH once again got up the ladder and got his hand on the sledgehammer.  Nash got back in and climbed up to start punching HHH in the face.  Hunter  finally hit Nash twice in the face with the sledgehammer, ultimately sending Nash off the ladder and crashing through a table.  HHH got the sledgehammer unhooked then went after Nash, ramming it into his legs multiple times to knock Nash down.

Nash crawled over toward The Game.  Triple H tossed the sledgehammer aside then hit a Pedigree on Nash after a botched attempt.  The crowd chanted "one more time" so Hunter picked up the sledge.  Nash got to one knee and gave HHH the Clique sign, but HHH gave him a DX crotch chop before driving the sledgehammer into his chest.  HHH then took the pinfall for the win.

Laurinaitis said he's the bigger man, after all he is the taller man. He wished Punk good luck tonight. Punk said "luck's for losers." Punk left and Laurinaitis started texting someone.

Sheamus vs. Jack Swagger

Sheamus got control early, and kept on him as Vickie screamed about it from ringside.  Vickie managed to distract Sheamus at one point as he was on the apron, allowing Swagger to grab Sheamus and gain control.  Swagger kept stomping on Sheamus outside the ring, then tossed him back in for the Swagger Bomb.

Later on in the match, Swagger managed to get the Ankle Lock on Sheamus.  Sheamus couldn't crawl to the ropes but managed to flip his weight and send Swagger to the corner.  Swagger went for a dive to take out Sheamus' bad leg, but Sheamus avoided it, then hit the Brogue Kick for the win.

Show exited the ring and went after Henry who tried to swing the belt at him.  Show ducked and smashed a chair across Henry before unloading with punches on him.  Back in the ring, Henry was able to get control knocking Show to the mat and ramming a chair into his leg.  Henry screamed "Welcome to the Hall of Pain."  Show got up and punched on Henry, but his leg gave out again.

Show went for a slam but Show elbowed him to prevent it.  Henry fought back, then grabbed a  chair.  As he swung it, Show connected with a right hand punch to drop Henry.  He fell to the mat near Henry and crawled over to roll Henry over, then made the pinfall for the big win.

Show stood up with a look of pain on his face as he held up the championship belt.  All of a sudden, Henry took him down from behind with a chair shot.  Henry then DDT'd Show onto a chair on the mat to leave him out cold.

Winner: Big Show wins via pinfall over Mark Henry to become new World Heavyweight Championship.

Daniel Bryan vs. Big Show

Bryan quickly took the pinfall on an already knocked out Big Show and the ref counted 1-2-3 to give Bryan the WWE World Heavyweight Championship!  Show shoved Bryan off at the last moment though.

Post-match, Bryan rushed over and jumped up on the commentary table to shove the title in Cole's face, yelling at him.  Show stood up in the ring in disbelief over what just happened.  Bryan kept celebrating outside the ring with fans.  Big Show looked dejected as he left the ring to head backstage as Bryan kept celebrating.

Winner: Daniel Bryan wins via pinfall over Big Show to become the new World Heavyweight Champion.

Booker hit a huge Spinebuster on Rhodes, then got up and signaled for the Spinarooney.  He got down and did it looking out of it.  Booker went for the big scissors kick but Rhodes avoided it.  He avoided another kick, then Rhodes hit the Beautiful Disaster kick off the side ropes.  He had a near fall with Booker kicking out.  Booker stood up looking dazed and confused. Rhodes hit another kick to Booker's head and this time collected the winning pinfall.

Winner: Cody Rhodes wins via pinfall over Booker T to retain the WWE Intercontinental Championship.

Alberto Del Rio vs. The Miz vs. CM Punk

WWE Championship
Triple Threat TLC Match

Early on, the two heels ganged up on Punk, but he battled back with a series of dropkicks to take down both guys.  Moments later, Del Rio and Miz dropped Punk on the top rope and continued to beat him up.  They connected on a suplex together then continued to kick away on Punk, eyeing each other suspiciously.

On the outside of the ring, Del Rio turned against Miz, bashing a steel chair on him.  Moments later, Del Rio picked up a ladder, but Punk dove over the top rope onto him.  Back in the ring, Miz got the upperhand and hit a side slam on Punk driving his head through the seat of a chair.  Back outside the ring, Del Rio avoided a move by Miz and slammed him onto a ladder.

On the outside, Del Rio tried to slam Punk through a table, but instead, Punk hit a neckbreaker on him.  Just then Miz rushed over with a chair, which he missed hitting Punk with and hit the ringpost instead.  Punk kept smashing the chair against Miz to the crowd's delight, then sat Miz on the crowd barrier.  Punk set the chair up then did a running knee move to send Miz crashing over the barrier.

Punk to the ladder and set it up in the ring, then made his climb up the ladder with nobody in sight.  Punk got near the top, but suddenly Ricardo Rodriguez rushed into the ring and handcuffed Punk to the ladder!  Del Rio rushed in and beat up Punk, kicking away on him.  Del Rio started to climb up the ladder thinking he had the match won, but Punk got up and kicked the part of the ladder he was cuffed to until it broke.  Punk finally managed to knock the ladder down then used the handcuffs as a weapon to beat up Del Rio.

Miz got back in the ring though and hit Punk with a ladder repeatedly, then set up a ladder to make the climb.  Punk quickly got up and yanked him off.  He went for GTS, but Miz avoided it and got to the corner, where Punk rammed into him several times.  Later on, Punk got knocked off the corner area by Del Rio.  Punk went crashing through a table on the outside.

Del Rio beat up Miz up near the ladders on the ramp, then locked Miz into the Cross Armbreaker in a ladder.  Miz screamed in pain and tried to tap out, but that didn't matter.  Del Rio picked up two steel chairs and walked over to where Punk was crashed through a table.  Del Rio threw a chair on top of Punk then smashed the other on him repeatedly, before kicking Punk.  Del Rio put Punk's arm through a chair and locked the armbreaker on him.

Del Rio got in the ring and with the ladder set up, made his climb.  Miz and Punk both crawled back in though and tipped the ladder over, causing Del Rio to get crotched on the top rope.  Punk and Miz started to battle in the ring.  Rodriguez got into the ring and climbed the ladder, but they saw him.  Punk and Miz shoved the ladder to the ropes and Rodriguez fell out then crashed down hard through a table outside the ring.  The fans gave a "Holy S--t!" chant.

Moments later, Miz wisely was able to handcuff Punk to the corner turnbuckle area.  He stood in front of him to taunt Punk, with Punk finally delivering a big kick to knock Miz down.  As Punk struggled with the cuffs, Del Rio and Miz set up several ladders in the ring to try to climb for the title.  However, Punk somehow was able to pull apart the section of the turnbuckle/corner he was cuffed to.  Punk rushed over to the ladder.

Punk was able to fight off Del Rio at the top of a ladder, sending him down to the mat.  Miz had been knocked off but yanked Miz down.  However, Punk gained the upperhand down in the ring and delivered GTS.  From there, it was all Punk with both his opponents down.  He climbed the ladder and unhooked the championship belt to retain his title!

Punk celebrated on top of the ladder hoisting his championship belt up.
