The commentary team reviewed highlight footage of Kane's attack on Zack Ryder during their Falls Count Anywhere match from Raw.  The aftermath was that Ryder has suffered a broken back.

Beth Phoenix defeated Brie Bella by pinfall.  During the late part of the match, Nikki got on the apron to try to run interference.  Beth tossed Brie into her, then grabbed Brie and hit the Glam Slam for the win.

They showed the Royal Rumble by the numbers video package.  The commentators ran down the upcoming PPV card.

Kofi Kingston defeated Michael McGillicutty by pinfall in the main event match.  Late in the match, McGill avoided Trouble in Paradise, then went for a dropkick, with Kingston avoiding that.  McGill went to get back up but Kofi hit the S.O.S.  McGill grabbed the bottom rope to break the pinfall count.  Moments later, Mike went for his McGillicutter finisher, but Kofi escaped hit the ropes and then connected on Trouble in Paradise for the win.
